We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

What a hidden gem in Playa Del Carmen! This place and the host Francis will give the feeling of coming home to your family! Which is the first time I ever felt like being at home in a “hotel”. Me and my girlfriend does not speak Spanish, and every other hotels we where at didn’t speak English throughout Yucatán. But Franchis spoke perfectly english and was the perfect “guide” not just in Playa but for the whole of Yucatán. He gave us good advices of where to go and what to do! The room was very clean and pretty. it had all the necessities that you need and with good quality. The room even had a Google home which was handy to play some music on and had a smart tv where we could watch Netflix. And don’t let me start on the breakfast… Wow, wow, wow! Homemade juice, bread, cake, marmalade and freshly made breakfast every day. The first day we got in-house cured Salmon and the second day we got enchiladas. Thank you so much for the stay, and this is a must for us next time we will come back to Playa!

United KingdomOnly minor issue is that the roof area is beginning to look a little tired & perhaps needs a little 'tlc'. But don't let that put you off - we used it twice in the evenings to relax and watch the sunset.
Great quiet location but only 5 mins walk to the centre. Attentive host who is freely available and provides useful local info. Super breakfast (fruit, cooked & pastries/breads) served in lovely shaded outdoor area. Room facilities good & with a lovely roof terrace, containing sun loungers, hot tub & shaded area.
