Quiet and convenient.

The staff was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. We also really liked the location as we were near many of the activities we wanted to do.

If you are facing the street, be aware that you will be able to hear the traffic. There were also people partying next door on the weekend nights, but using earplugs was enough to drown out their noise.

There is full-on construction going on next door. It is incredibly loud during the day. If you don’t plan to be in the room during the day, it’s fine, but a nap was out of the question.

The hotel rooms had an order and were not presented as described. We canceled the reservation as soon as we arrived and I still charged a cancellation fee for both rooms and we did not stay at the location at all.

The location is perfect to move around the most popular sightseeing in CDMX. Angel de la independencia is just a couple of minutes away in a walking distance, Chapultepec is also reachable by foot in around 45 minutes. I booked the room also with breakfast and it was very good, it is not an all you can eat but you get fresh fruit, a pancake and an omelette, the view from the breakfast room is also very nice. The lady in the breakfast room is extremely friendly and was welcoming us every morning with a smile and even remembering our order. I would recommend it.

I liked the location of the property. It was clean and organized.

The staff were very polite and friendly, with the exception of one of the front desk clerk (a white-haired man). He was neither friendly nor polite, sometimes even very rude when I asked him questions about the hotel. The situation got worse this evening when I went back to pick up my backpack that I had left at check-out. This time he pretended not to understand my "English" when I said "backpack" and wanted me to speak Spanish. I am Latino of Brazilian origin, I do not speak Spanish, I speak Portuguese, English and French. I was really very upset, I think it is absurd that a paying customer receives this type of treatment. In short, because of him I downgraded the hotel's rating and I will not return to this hotel again to avoid this type of employee.

This was perfect for a short lay over in Mexico City, easy access,, even though it was close to a well trafficked road the noice wasn’t bad! Nice restaurants within a walking distance in a safe neighbourhood. The hotel is very simple, but has what you need. The lady who prepared the breakfast was absolutely lovely!!!

I liked having a little balcony. And breakfast included. Room rate is good for Roma Norte.

It’s a little dated, with cheapish furnishings —but it doesn’t claim to be a luxury hotel.

Nice area to stay in. Just a quick Uber ride to many attractions. Breakfast attendant was great! The rooftop balcony has some great views of the city

Front desk staff were not friendly whatsoever. They didn't even pretend to be friendly.

The location is great! It was a 5 to 6 dollar DiDi ride from everything.

Remember, DF is LOUD. I unfortunately had a street facing room. It was constant traffic noise. I noticed on the phone that you could call for earplugs. You should. The rooms are rather small, which I expected, and as a solo traveler, I was fine with that. The toilet was located between the sink and the glass shower doors. It was a tight squeeze. There were some very dirty things in my room. There was mildew between the tiles in the shower, and another locations in the bathroom. There were wires sticking from above the vanity. When I opened the curtain, there were multiple dead insects on the sill. The two chairs in my room were thoroughly worn and stained. Had I been staying more than two nights I would’ve left. My time in DF and the people I met were beautiful. My hotel was forgettable.
