Beautiful beach, sand and water are so good. The room is large and the breakfast is so good. Very well located, around 2km from Coco Bongo and the night locations.

The hotel is old style, but well maintained, I like the old style hotels used to build them with a lot of green areas and space. The beach is the best! Spacious pool area.

Wonderful location, very professional staff, helpful and efficient. They truly made us feel looked after.

The resort itself is quite dated, the rooms are all very 2000's and possibly even 90's but its very affordable compared to the neighboring resorts so pick your poison. Also, the beach area is not so developed like the expensive resorts next door so be aware.

We were only here for one night but the location is great and the staff are helpful. Its in the hotel zone and the price comparatively to most other resorts here is excellent. The beach in this area is one of the most beautiful in the entire world and youll have open access to it as well as a large pool area. The price was fantastic for the location and quality. Also, the rooms are massive, we had a full kitchen, dining area, living room, seperated bedroom, and large walk-in bathroom.

We had a less than ideal experience at check-in. We arrived in the middle of the night and, despite being a couple with two daughters, the sofa bed wasn’t made, and the staff didn’t know how to prepare it. They had to move us to a different room — we were tired after a delayed flight. The poolside restaurant service wasn’t great; I often had to get up and go to the restaurant to place an order. They use a hard plastic wristband with a number to identify guests. The wristband had a sharp edge that frequently scratched us, even after trying to trim it. Another hotel we stayed at used a fabric wristband with a wooden tag engraved with the number — much nicer and didn’t cause any discomfort.

Spacious room with a nice integrated living room and kitchen. The hotel has an excellent location, right in front of the beach, with great leisure facilities (pool, tables, beach loungers). Good breakfast. Overall, the staff was attentive and friendly.

There’s a beach volleyball net but they don’t have any volleyballs for rent which would have been nice. I booked a room with breakfast. Upon arrival, we were given wristbands to access the included breakfasts. On the second day, I lost my wristband and asked for a replacement. I was told I would need to pay $365 pesos per night for a new one, despite having already paid for the breakfasts. After speaking with a manager, they did issue a new wristband without any problem. However, I found it frustrating and disappointing that they initially tried to charge for something that was already included in my stay. Not great hospitality.

Great location, nice beach, big rooms and clean.

The shower in the room is tiny, and the water pressure is not good enough. I believe they can fix the water pressure.

The beach was full of seaweed, but this is not the hotel's fault . Most beaches were not usable as a result of the massive piles of seaweed

There was a lot of noise from the road (including after midnight), even though our room wasn’t directly facing it, which ruined our sleep during our stay. I would definitely recommend asking for a room facing the pool area or the ocean.

The room was very spacious and clean. We liked the hotel grounds and the beach, which had plenty of sunbeds. The breakfast wasn’t anything mind-blowing, but it was good enough.

The room was not that clean and the balcony smells so bad due to sewage. We have booked with breakfast included and did not like breakfast that much. Aside from the omlette, we didnt like anything. The staff was not that kind and most of them do not speak any English (including service personel)

The beach and seaside were really nice. The bar and beach service were generally good and the food was okay. The room was big and spacious with a fully equiped kitchen. The location is one of the best. I would recommend this hotel for families with children.

It’s a decent old resort in hotel zone. Upgraded to the ocean view one bedroom suite. Personally I think it’s the best unit there, which improved my experience there, majorly. The facilities are OK. Palapas on the beach are really nice.

Floors in suite weren’t kept super clean had to wear shoes inside. Juice at breakfast was cordial mixed with water vs fresh juice.

Comfy bed, location, great breakfast. Easy check in. Helpful with taxis. Room was great. We had the 1 bedroom suite.

no sound proofing between my room and the room next, which had an adjoining door. I could hear conversations and tv etc. they told me many rooms are like that because they could be rented as suites. i had trouble getting hot water figured out as it takes quite a while to turn hot. i asked to move to second level or above for more privacy as solo traveller, but they could. not accommodate me.

open, breezy, spacious, lots of outdoor walkways between facilities and rooms, low rise, all units have outside deck or balcony to sit outside. more like a lakeside resort than a hotel. mostly families and couples, and friends, not a party place, more Mexicans than tourists from USA etc. courteous staff, good breakfast buffet with varied selection. i was glad to have purchased that option as a package because i had many appointments at dentist and was good to have the food organized every day. plus reasonable price. Chedraui grocery nearby to pick up drinks and food for fridge in room. Very safe for a female solo traveller, clean and good beach, overall relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. There’s a good sized pool which is nice for night swims or if there’s too much seaweed to swim in the ocean. there’s a restaurant which is convenient.

The prices around the hotel zone are pretty high for general things. Lucky beach scape was close to a 7 11 so I was able to stock up on a few things.

The room is a bit dated but the rest of the amazing facilities make up for it.

Amazing beach (the best in Cancun) and great pool. Very well maintained grounds. Small enough to make it very manageable compared to the big resorts. We had a suite with kitchen, which was extremely spacious with a very large bed and a sofa bed. Plenty of sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach.

Rooms are getting old and need a makeover. I stayed at the hotel many years ago and it feels like nothing has changed in 10 years. I would no longer rate the rooms (especially shower and bathroom) as a 4-star hotel. When we walked in the room upon check in there was a staff member with a bucket of smelly toxic white pain. When I asked what was painted (clearly mold in the bathroom cause that’s where the smell was coming from) they would deny painting anything in the room. That wasn’t great since we were traveling with an infant. I didn’t really understand why other guests rated breakfast so highly - took us a few days of trying different things to finally find what is decent. We stuck to fruit, omelette and tacos (few attempts to get it right also since staff doesn’t speak English). Juices are colored sugary drinks, pasty could hardly be called pastry, pancakes and French toasts were burned every single day.

I picked this hotel for its location and ocean that is swimmable and guaranteed will have no waves. And that’s what we got! Staff is nice overall (see incident with the pain that was ignored by the reception)
