The location is very far away from everything so for a short trip it would be better to be closer to the main town, or accept that you will need your own transport. We ended up renting a scooter.

Excellent facilities. Perfect for spending a long time, or going with a family or group since the room had 2 bathrooms and it was very comfortable and spacious and well equipped.

far away from town however taxis are cheap or to hire golf cart, I did know this before booking so it’s not a complaint just something to keep in mind, the Wi-Fi is very slow and there is a smell of sewage not the hotels fault

Set back off from the main road, which is nice because the traffic can be noisy. Still had an amazing view of the ocean and sunrise. The ocean view room , we didn't have to leave the bed to see the sunrise. A couple comments mentioned it smells. The entire island gets a sewer gas smell at times. I did notice strong odors at times that would come and go. I would definitely book a room here again!

There is a wastewater treatment facility about 300-500 meters away. When the wind in blowing the wrong way (or it is particularly hot), the smell is pretty overwhelming. Of the 5 days we were there in March, we had one day of that.

Great facility with large rooms with porches. Some have a view of the ocean. Quiet location about 100 meters from a sand/rock beach. Staff very nice.

Very quiet and located on the Punta Sur side on of Isla. You need some sort of transportation to get to and from the hotel for dining etc. A light breakfast (fruit and pastries) were provided which was very nice/unexpected.

Great little place to stay staff are very friendly and very attentive so if you had an issue or a problem they got right on it we found the place was not a bad location the road going in needs a little work it's a little hard on the local taxis there's a big cement Chunk in the road other than that that's not the actual hotels fault but we loved her stay the staff are very friendly and the little stacks and Treats in the morning was a real nice touch because of the fact that the closest restaurant wasn't so so close but if you ever want to go for breakfast and you're staying here try my akita it was a very good restaurant thanks guys for having us in your home

All was good.

The staff was really nice and helpful. We booked two rooms and they were both in perfect condition - clean and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great, too. Just a short walk to the beach. Amazing view of the sunrise from our room, and sunset from the jacuzzi.

Beautiful view of the ocean staff was very friendly and helpful Our door didn’t lock when we got there, but they fixed it immediately. TV never did work in the three days that we were there. The location is kind of out of the way, but we rented a golf cart and it worked out really well

It was a bit hard to find as there are no signs from the main road. No bath mats so the floors were quite slippery after showering. Water pressure was low.

Lovely view from the large balcony. The bus stops at the end of the short hill up to the hotel so it was easy to get around the Island. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee provided. There were two bathrooms and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were provided.

It did not advertise as managed a property and apparently a code was required to access the property. This code was never sent to me which was very disappointing because apparently you need a wasup application to obtain this info. No one answered my message or phone calls. When we got there no one was in the reception area. There was no indication that it was a hotel on the outside front part of the building which I was told was under construction. The facility inside although exceptionally clean and nice.

Please if a signpost to the apartments is put, would be helpful as I was a little anxious I had found the right place!

I liked everything! The apartment was extremely comfortable, well decorated & had everything we needed, including a coffee maker & a blender for smoothies! Really appreciated ground coffee being provided (yay, not instant!) and cooking oil & salt & pepper. The bed was extremely comfortable! The view is beautiful. Pool area is also nice and for the most part we had it to ourselves! The south side of the island is so much more peaceful than the north side and there are 2 restaurants close by.

The room was dusty and not up to par. The paint was different colors in different places,rust was throughout the unit. My door was beat up. The fan was filthy and the room had an unpleasant smell. Not really walkable to anything.

The view from my room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.

We were so disappointed with this property. When we arrived to our apartment there was an awful smell of sewage in the kitchen and urine in the main bathroom. The apartment was also not clean. We spoke to the host about the smell and he said it was coming from outside, yet when we sat on the balcony there was no smell at all. After finally admitting that there was an awful smell in our apartment, they offered to move us to another apartment in the complex. We viewed another apartment but we did not trust that this apartment was cleaned properly either. We felt extremely uncomfortable staying here and requested a refund. We were told by the host that he could not refund us as we booked through booking.com and that we needed to contact them for a refund. When we contacted booking.com, they said the property refused to refund us. I would not recommend staying here - it is not like the pictures at all.

The hot water was a problem, we didn't have hot water at all the first day. The staff fixed the hot water in the bathrooms, but we never did get hot water at the kitchen sink. The kitchen is not equipped very well for cooking, some upgraded pans would be helpful. The toaster oven needs to be replaced, it took 12 minutes to make toast! It would be nice if there was an air fryer because there is no oven in the condo.

We stayed Jan 24th to 31st 2025. We enjoyed the quiet location, we felt safe. The condo was clean. Staff were helpful. The patio was very large and had a beautiful view. It would be nice if there was more furniture on the patio, a dining table and a couple lounge chairs would have been nice. Watching the sunrise from the patio was amazing! We rented a golf cart for the week that we were there, it was great for exploring the island. Over all our stay was good and we would stay again, just hoping that there are a few upgrades.

Shower wasn’t very clean, it puddled around the drain, and water splashed everywhere in the restroom when showering. Some of the room just looks like it needs to be updated.
