Love the apartment style format, nicely appointed. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Vervan products and waffle robes were lovely touches! The gym facility was very nice. Rooftop is a beautiful, comfortable retreat. Staff is so friendly, responsive and provided great recommendations.

The last time I visited Mexico City was 45 years ago. I found it had lost a lot of charm, was overcrowded, with street vendors every few metres and the traffic so congested that it took ages to travel a short distance.

I didn't have breakfast, in fact I didn't find a breakfast to my taste anywhere. The hotel was very good, very clean with friendly, helpful staff.

Second time we stay at this hotel as a family. Its location is unbeatable, the spaces are large and its service is great. We will def be back here if we visit CDMX again.

The outside terrace had multiple couches but all need clean cushions.

Very comfortable two room apartment. All windows on one side that made the apartment very bright, but also had blackout curtains. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had a nice little couch that was comfortable to sit on during the day. The fifth floor terrace had a nice sitting area outside.

The room got really hot during the day because of the windows trapping the warmth. There are two AC units that weren't strong enough to keep the unit cool. We figured out that the two small windows on the ends helped to circulate some of that hot air.

Located in a great area, easily walkable and lots of great restaurants nearby. There's bottled water provided every day. The starbucks downstairs is really convenient. Door locks have a passcode so we never had to worry about a key card.

Big windows which were great but at night the neighbor across from us kept the light on all night and it was pretty annoying and hard to fall asleep.

The location was great, close to many cafes and restaurants. Very spacious rooms, almost like a mini apartment, with kitchenette. Nice big bathroom and big windows. Lots of light.
