The location lost a point because the nightclubs would play very loud music until 3am most nights. But the beds were so comfortable that it made the music almost bearable.

The rooms were beautiful, bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was big with a good shower!

We stayed at the front of the Hotel. We love music and nightlife and the general vibe of a place but the noise from 3 nightclubs, one to the right, one to the left and one directly in front of the apartment could be excruciating until around 3 or 4 in the morning. Had to shut all doors and windows and wear earplugs to sleep.

Apartment was great. Staff were great. The Hotel and apartment facilities were great. Fantastic swimming pools and views. We felt safe all around Playa Del Carmen.

The main lobby is not accessible to wheelchair users from the street. Also, no ramps in the rooftop to access the swimming pool. It's a shame that such a new building was not designed to be more inclusive. It was a bit noisy at night because of the bars in the neighborhood but it didn't bother us that much.

Spacious apartment in a very convenient location. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom in the main room. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn't use it but it is great that there is a washing machine and a dryer. Friendly staff. We were able to keep our bags in the hotel after check out. Nice cocktails delivered to the swimming pool area and/or rooms.

Housekeeping could have done a better job with cleaning the room. It was still dusty. The hotel could have also provided mini dish liquid or sponge to wash the dishes or dishwasher soap. Paper towel to use. It was a bit noisy as our room was near the road and we requested to be inward of the garden area.

The hotel is well located and everything was within walking distance.

Very clean and big apartment with well furnished kitchen and comfortable beds, my kids slept from 5 p.m till next morning ! A nice breakfast is served at one of the most tasteful restaurant in playa del carmen Yum Yum by George.

Location is close to a bar that pumps garbage music until 4 am each morning. Your bed might as well be on the dance floor. We won't be returning.

Incredibly noisy neighbours. Ear plugs are not enough. The whole room was shaking with the loud beats next-door. Music would be on until 2 - 3am.

Sadly one particular bar nearby will keep you up at night to the point that earplugs might not suffice (hence the 9 out of 10) affecting mainly the rooms towards the south end of the building. Music keeps going till 3 or 4 in the morning. There is a building under construction across the street (still not a lot of noise though - could potentially be a hassle soon), east side. It would be great if the rooftop bar was open. Some times they run out of pool towels and you need to wait (maybe stock some more of them would be ideal. View from room was nothing special.

Hotel feels relatively new. Pool area was fantastic, so was the lobby, bar/cafeteria and the inner garden. Room albeit a bit cramped was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable too. Good wifi. Good sized balcony. Hotel is really close to the beach, 5th Avenue, shopping malls and the pier where you take the ferries to Cozumel Island. Everything is steps away. Hotel offers underground parking area which is very, very convenient if you have a rental car. Breakfast, while not much to choose from, was tasty and well prepared. We needed a late checkout and they kindly let us use the pool area and the parking until it was time to leave.

The sounds from 5th Avenue, playing until 3.00am in the morning. The hotel is close to Everything but the sounds from the bars on 5th Avenue carry far in the night air.

The size and comfort of the apartment. It was perfect for our needs.

- very loud all night (worth noting that it is typical for this area of Playa del Carmen, remember to carry some earplugs with you if you’re sensitive to noises when sleeping) - smell coming from the bathroom and toilet out into other rooms was really horrible. we managed to fix it by leaving the lights on (it turned the ventilators on too) and buying some air freshener.

Breakfast was basic in an affiliated restaurant at the base of the hotel. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. But the menu was pretty basic. The rooms overlooking the main street are VERY noisy all through the night

The loud noise from outside bars made it difficult to sleep at night so earplugs were needed to sleep, however it was still a struggle to sleep some nights with earplugs.

Hotel would get 10/10 if not for the night noise. The location during the day is perfect, but at night less pleasant unless you are going out until 3am. I had already read about it in the reviews, but didnt expect it to be so bad. If you can plug your earplugs real deep, its okay; otherwise: don’t go. Up to 75 dB in the room with doors and windows closed. The Staff obviously cannot do much about it, but it is important to know.

Staff was very friendly, rooms big, neat & nice. Swimming pool area was very chill, not many people when I was there. Breakfast at yum yum was good. Location was very close to 5th avenue and the beach, so right in the middle of all the atmosphere!

We really enjoyed staying in our apartment. It was clean and well equipped, we had all necessary stuff for our comfortable staying. Kitchen appliance, big comfortable bed, nice balcony. Hotel is located close to 5th Street, lots of restaurants and stores around.

No hot water for most of stay. Issues with lift. One of the security guards was extremely rude because I was staying in an apartment room with two male friends — he basically made some insinuations that were very derogatory and wouldn’t let us up to the room.

Extremely comfortable beds. The sheets were extremely soft. Lovely reception staff who helped us book a trip to see the turtles. Nice balconies with view of the inner courtyard garden. Lots of space. Good kitchen facilities.
