I had an issue that night with bed bugs. the problem is there were a lot of bed bugs in my bed and I got bit all over my arm and. I went to the front desk and told them and they told me they're going to fumigate it and they say in the room. I told them I would like to change your room but they couldn't do that. they said they were full so I told them they need to figure this out because I'm not sleeping in the room with a bunch of bed.bugs.

This property is not a 5 star hotel,a 2.5 will do it. Clean the windows, put some maintenance on the toilet. Faucets are too old. I was told to leave my identification in order to have access to the remote control of TV. The 3rd day of my stay y request a change of room but since I NEED my ID, They removed the tv control out of my room. Customers need to see REVIEWS of this property in order to have credibility.

No central air or heat. No t.v. remote in the room. Property required a deposit if I wanted either a fan or remote😐🤔 Some lights didn't work properly (meaning when 1 of 3 switches was flipped...no lights illuminated). Property wasn't located near decent eateries or cantina's as I'd hoped. Staff wasn't fluent in the English language as indicated at time of booking. Regardless of all the above, the property was okay. It was budget friendly and served it's purpose for the short time I was in the great city of Mexico

Not much I can say on what I liked about the property. I booked it! Not much that could've been done once I arrived.

They don't clean the room the next morning, the towels were a little dirty and the bed was uncomfortable.

People at the entrance give it a bad vibe. We stayed for couple of days there’s and garbage at the entrance looks just not nice.

Firstly the language barrier with the reception staff caused a lot of misunderstanding, furthermore taxi service organised by the reception proved to be costly rather than the use of mobile apps such as DIDI and Uber. The cleaning staff will not attempt to come clean your room unless you go an insist at the reception. The establishment told me that they did not cater for guests breakfast but did not give an option that i can by food at their restaurant/bar facility which seems it is only open on weekends.

the location is at the centre of mTost activities at Mexico City, the ease of securing your ow trasport through mobile services made life easier. There are a numerous choices of visitation

The staff was really rude and indifferent, the hotel it’s kinda old, and you can hear how they call people through a mic early in the morning

The room was really big, had a small table and 2 small sofas, a big mirror and the room was pretty chill weather wise.

Reception and lobby was too dark when we arrived, it seems like an abandoned place, didn't match with the good looking outer and good looking spacious rooms.

Space, it is quite spacious and two king beds was great, it was very clean too.

Everything was good for the price, but its not a 5star hotel! The building is very old, so old that the walls are hollow. You latterly can hear somebody farting in the room next to you. Also after check out, they let you put your suitcases unprotected in the lobby. Not put any afford to place it behind a door. So everybody can walk in and take your suitcase. This should be a normal service for zero star or 5star hotel. But aslong you are a good sleeper and have no problem leave your stuff onprotected… it is a good deal. By the way… if you hear weird sounds in the halls on a speaker… it is used to give tasks to the cleaners. It is something new for me. Probaly they dont let them use their phones so they do it with speakers.

The location is very dangerous apparently. My taxi driver told me not to go out after 8pm and to get taxis anywhere once it was dark. He seemed unnerved which was worrying.

Corridors and reception were dark. And they don’t offer cleaning daily. If you want, you need to ask them to clean and change towels. The area seemed to be a bit sketchy. Not recomendable for women to walk around after sunset.

The room was big and had enough space to open our luggages. And the price was reasonable. Also we could take hot shower:)
