We loved welcoming feel of the place, with charming surroundings and very helpful staff. The breakfast in the gardens in the morning was delicious, and a very pleasant moment for the whole family. There were always special attentions for the children (food and treats, letting them feed the turtles, etc..). We would also strongly recommend the snorkelling tour arranged by the hotel, in a boat just a few steps away, as well as the good transport service.

We stayed one night here travelling from Cancun Airport to Tulum. It made a great stopover. Very comfortable room, good breakfast and lovely location ob a beautiful beach (with no seaweed). The hotel organised a great snorkelling trip for us for the same day which was a highlight of our stay in Mexico.

It was like a little oasis in Puerto. Lovely accommodations in stunning gardens. Very comfortable and felt very secure, beautifully furnished and rustic but so well appointed. Very individually styled. A credit to the owners and staff.

Beds are quite firm There is a major construction project occurring next door that makes the area noisy during the day. We were offered a room on the far side of the property, which was very helpful.

The room was big, clean, super comfortable, with a beautiful view to the sea. Puerto Morelos is a very cute city. We felt very well there and the hotel is perfect for a stay here.

My family had the most wonderful time at Hotel Amar Inn in Puerto Morelos. They provided everything we needed for the beach - chairs, towels, umbrella. Pool area had floaties for the kids, nice hammocks to relax in. We had a later flight going back home and were able to store our baggage for a few hours and stay at the property as much as we needed. Amazing breakfast which is a 3 course meal. Steps away from the beach. Amazing people that run the hotel. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation and will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

The breakfast was great, sth new every day, proper homecooked Mexican food and pancakes for the kids! The location is great, right next to the beach and close to all the restaurants, shops etc Very friendly and helpful staff! We stayed for over 2 weeks and had an amazing time

Loud drilling, banging, noise- all due to construction of a condominium going on. The workers began about 7:30 am and it went on until about 5:30 pm. We woke to the sound of banging and drilling.
