Unfortunately we were facing the street that had another property with several dogs barking quite often.

The room had all amenities needed for the week. The staff were fantastic and everything was clean.

There was nothing to dislike.

Alizee Towers was absolutely amazing. It provides more than a space. Instead, it offered the convenience of home. Not only was our room well decorated, it was efficient. The builders thought of everything. We were able to cook, refrigerate, and store food items. In addition, we had a great seating area as well as a great balcony for enjoying people watching. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They assisted with both internal and external questions. Since this was our first visit, there was an adjustment, especially because of our language deficiency. However, they made us comfortable regardless of the challenges. It was wonderful!

The service was very good. We parked on the street but had no problems there. The pool looked very nice and the gym aswell. It's very secure, you have an electronic key that let's you access the building and your floor, without that key you can't use the elevator, I thought that was cool. There was a small confusion since I reserved our room on Booking.com and there the price was a different price than when we arrived, they clarified it was because of taxes. And there is a $4,000 peso security deposit, just to be aware so you have the funds, they return it promptly after your stay a long as there's no damages. The shower was great, hot water and good pressure. The bed was super comfortable, very fluffy and cozy. If you're staying for longer they do have a nice kitchen area in the room and a table. Fully stocked with dishes, pots, utensils. There's a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water boiler, toaster oven and juice press.

My experience at Alizee Tower was amazing. The studio was beautiful, amazingly clean and spotless, it has a fully-stocked kitchen, and it was super cozy and comfortable. It really made my trip exceptional! The cleaning staff did an amazing job as well. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and they made it feel like home! I would love to come back, I will definitely be staying with Alizee again!

Great property, location and staff! Ana is wonderful-she checked us in. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The location is great-near restaurants, grocery store and 5th Ave. The studios are nicely appointed and clean; it has everything needed for a stay.

Amazing apartment, the location was perfect, was a walking distance from all the shops and restaurants, there was also a supermarket very close. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed and the hosts were very friendly. Very safe neighbourhood.

Didn't like that we had to buy supplies for bathroom/take out trash but it may just be common procedure there. Nonetheless, my stay was great.

The location is good and the hotel room/amenities is nice and clean. The lady that welcomes us was really nice and polite.

Beautiful modern apartments, super comfortable bed. Has a pool and mini gym that was super. Very well located, close to cafes and restaurants, just a block away from the Main Street. Everyone was super friendly and polite.

The bed was a little hard for me as I’m small but I still loved the place and would come back and Anna gave me extra blankets to pop down to make it extra comfy.

The staff! Anna and Abi, the property manager and front desk staff were so kind and helpful it truly made the stay so wonderful. Aside from that the cleaners were amazing, room was spacious with a balcony looking down the street to the ocean, gym, rooftop pool and really fast WiFi which was needed as I was working. The Italian cafe downstairs was great for meals and coffee, heaps of taxis outside, supermarket only a few blocks and there’s a little tienda on the corner for fruit, juice, coffee and plant based milks. It was also very secure and safe. I absolutely loved my stay here and will probably be back soon again to work remotely. Thank you Anna and Abi - you are amazing!
