We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandFood. However , Breakfast was all right and had good range of things to choose from. However the restaurant a la carte service for other meals took sooo long , taking at least 1-1,5 hours each time. And the food itself isn’t noteworthy. There are plenty of other places nearby that same much better food for the same prices.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Big rooms with sufficient space for working. Sports room is great and well equipped. Love the gardens which are really cared for. A nice oasis after work.

AustriaUnfortunately, the service at the restaurant was disappointing. The waitstaff displayed unprofessional behavior; one waiter even served my meal by abruptly setting the plate down while talking to his friend. My food order took over an hour to arrive, despite the restaurant not being busy—there were only five guests waiting at the time. One server, however, stood out in a positive way. The pregnant lady demonstrated professionalism and dedication, and after noticing our extended wait, she approached us to inquire about the delay. Upon learning of our concerns, she went to the kitchen, and within five minutes, our food was finally served. During breakfast, there was a lack of basic courtesy—no greetings or smiles, just a brief question about my room number. I also observed staff serving themselves food openly in front of guests, then carrying it back to the kitchen. On Tuesday, around 9:20 a.m., they began clearing the buffet while guests were still serving themselves, some even using their hands and eating rather than proper utensils. This was embarrassing to witness, especially as guests from Kenya were present. As someone in the hospitality industry, with experience staying in over 200 hotels worldwide, I felt ashamed to see this happening in my own country. Please don’t consider terminating anyone over this feedback. Instead, I suggest focusing on training the staff in customer service and instilling a greater sense of discipline. With the right guidance, I believe these issues can be resolved, and the guest experience greatly improved.
The front office personnel were all friendly, helpful, and professional.

United KingdomThe only issue was that the person(s) responsible for the shuttle bus did not allow for the fact that our flight was delayed. The driver left before we were clear of immigration and we were initially told that we would have to wait up to 3 hours for them to come back for us when they had their next airport run. After contacting reception we were collected after about 45 minutes but this was not a good start to our stay especially as we were tired after our journey.
Almost all the staff were faultless, the room was very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent with a very good choice, especially for breakfast. The gardens and surroundings are very beautiful. Perfect for a stop over on our way to the north but could easily have stayed longer. Happy to be returning at the end of our trip.
