Altho there are a lot of restaurants included in the half/ full board arrangement, the food is only OK.

Exceptional stay. We stayed at the platinum overwater villa and it was hard to leave the villa. Coral fishes, manta ray, stingray, squids, and many fishes just under the villa. 100/10 will come again with the kids since there are A LOT to do with kids here. Our service staff, Ibrahim made an impressive first impression and recommends what sort of stay we can choose next with the kids. Also weve got a nice room deco and complementary cake (and sparkling bev) for my husband's birthday!

The only issue we face is the payment for room service they don’t accept the machine but even that was solve by Chinni as i mentioned she is very nice and friendly

Although many tourists prefer sunny weather, we actually felt a bit unlucky during our stay in the Maldives. We spent 6 days in the Maldives, including 5 days at Hard Rock, and experienced nothing but continuous sunshine from 6 AM to 6 PM each day — without even a single cloud in the sky. Ironically, despite visiting during the rainy season, we had no relief from the sun at all. While the beautiful sunny skies made the island look breathtaking, the intense heat became a real challenge for us. The weather was hot that it limited our ability to fully enjoy outdoor activities, and we often had to remain in our room between 11 AM and 4 PM just to avoid the heat. Of course, this is no fault of the resort, but more a matter of timing and nature. Still, for travelers who may not enjoy constant, strong sunshine, it is something worth considering when planning a trip. One of the small things that affected our experience was that a few staff members did not seem very welcoming and at times came across as a bit aggressive. While this was not the case with the majority of the team — who were warm and hospitable — it did leave an impression. I hope management is aware of this and can provide additional training or guidance to ensure that every guest receives the same level of kindness and professionalism that Hard Rock is known for.

We had unforgettable experience in Hard Rock Maldives from the crystal beaches and white sands to the beautiful room views and the varieties of restaurants and foods I like the hospitality of the staff and the flexibility to upgrade the rooms or extend the time when possible. Activities are very expensive.

We stayed in the water house villa and it is truly paradise. It was hard to leave our villa :-) We could swim, see stingrays and fish just under us. We also enjoyed the beach, swimming pool area and activities. I recommend taking half or full board, as it's much cheaper than paying there. Best restaurant we went to was Miss Olive Oyl, amazing food!

Smoking should be prohibited in pool area. There are many kids and non-smoker adults swimming in the pool. The first day toilet wasn’t clean. Some staff were friendly and supportive while some were strict and lacked a smile and no welcome greeting. Buggy service sometimes waited more than 15 minutes. It should be better if hotel provides more bikes with kids seat.

Food in the hotel is the best. It has many restaurants and some offers delicious and varied buffets. Nannies in kids club provide excellent care of our daughter and create fun activities. The beach and sea are nice and clean. We can access Saii lagoon facilities. We also got a surprise cake. Thank you very much

Only point was that it was difficult to find good quality of small bicycle for kids.

We stayed in family villa. In front of almost private beach with fishes. Even for small kids, they can enjoy fish watching. We can choose from several type of restaurant and the quality of food and service was excellent.

Visit the resort it was an unforgettable experience. Everything was exceptional — from the warm hospitality of the staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.
