Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

FranceRoom is smaller than in picture and private outer space per room is not private, so you have to keep curtain close all the time
Location close to beach, best food on whole island, and exceptional hospitality from manager Mr Abdullah - prompt reply and attentive service to all our needs. Beach is pristine and well known for turtles spotting, corals and marine life not so much.

United StatesThere was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about the property. We had everything we needed and if we didn’t at the moment we asked and it was there. It was just the greatest place 😊😊.
We really liked the fact it was more secluded away from all other hotels & it wasn’t like a hotel we had our own tiny suite. Everyone was amazing always available and were so so helpful. They did everything in their power to make us feel welcomed and have the greatest stay ever.

SloveniaAmbra houses is, I think, the closest place to the Sunset Beach, which takes about 10min walk thru the lovely palm tree sandy road. The property is newly built and nicely decorated. Abdullah, the manager, is very nice and helpful, providing everything you need. But one of the highlights at Ambra is the food. The chef and her assistant are really doing some magic here. Specially fish lovers must definitely try all what is on the menu. Our favourite was the Ruby fish, also tuna was very good. So Abdullah and your team, a big thank you to made our holidays an unforgettable experience 🙏 Aleksandra & Simon

This is an extraordinary place with resort feel on a picturesque island filled with vegetables and fruit. The cottages makes you feel you have your own modern house with beach worm vibes. The host is Italian energetic lady who makes sure you have everything you need and takes time to listen to your wishes. The Ambra Team gives you guidance and advice to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can rent bikes and they help you organize your adventures. Menu is 5*****.
