We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumNothing to flag. Just a piece of advice: I agree with some of the comments that the study in the living room is big and not really useful. It would definitely be better to replace it with a small dinner table (especially if the apartment is rented by 2 people)
The apartment is simple but very cute. The terrace is definitely a plus to enjoy dinner or a beer outside when coming back from excursions. Ursula is a lovely person and made sure I was all right and had everything I needed. The apartment is centrally located in La Gaullette (close to restaurants and a supermarket), which is itself to visit the region (Le Morne, Chamarrel, etc.)

GermanyThe stay was overall pleasant. The room had everything we needed, but the furniture was a bit old, and there was no proper ventilation in the bathroom. The fan was quite loud, but it was necessary to use it at night due to the heat and lack of air conditioning. It would be much better if the fan was newer and quieter. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay ☺️

SloveniaThere could be fewer pieces of unnecessary furniture in the appartment to make it more space efficient, especially in the bedroom, so Ursula, I suggest you take out a chest of drawers and the smaller closet in the bedroom to make more room :)
Great location - good for starting point to everywhere in the southeast, but you need a rented car (which you can park in front of the house or inside their fenced yard). There's a big supermarket with a bar with quite good coffee and some snacks nearby and a few good restaurants in this little town La Gaulette. The apartment is simple but has everything you need. We stayed there for 7 nights because it has a great location and price. The owner Ursula, who lives nextdoor, is very kind, responsive on whatsapp and gives you all the info you need. It's a 7 min drive to Le Morne beach (where there are no big supermarkets and restaurants! - therefore it's easier to stay in La Gaulette if you're not looking for resorts). We were there in August with daily temperatures 26-27 degrees C and nightly around 19-20 degrees, so it was ok not to have aircon (there's a standing fan in the bedroom), maybe not recommended for hotter months. There's hot water in the shower but you need to wait patiently for it to start running :) All in all, we liked it here and we even extened our stay from 5 to 7 nights.
