Little bit old villa but this is visible from photos. No AC on the ground floor. Territory could be cleaned from old leaves. Would recommend to clean pool just before guests arrival (especially sand that cannot be cleaned by guests), but this was solved immediately. Poor sound isolation between rooms due to specificity of doors. Nothing else to mention.

Good location. 5min walking to beach and smaller shops. 15min walking to many restaurants, 20min walking to supermarket. Villa was clean. Everything equipped for comfortable for stay. 2 bathrooms upstairs. The most surprising was that all soaps, cleaning materials, baby chair, beach carpet, sunbeds, wc papers, some water and soft drinks and even some food (cheese, fresh bred) and fruits were putted for the first breakfasts. This we faced for the 1st time in our traveling experience. We boughy only oil for cooking, everything else was already available. That was very nice! 😊

Due to public holidays and New years Eve, there were some heavy partying in the neighbourhoods.

We absolutely loved it! We were warmly welcomed. They had already prepped the fridge with water and breakfast. We got all the help we needed with airport pickup and car rental. The villa was clean and well equipped with all you need. The beach is only a few minutes away. You can shop for groceries in a two-minute walk.

The friendliness of the manager and she provided us with fruit and beverage and even some groceries as well as a chocolate for our two girls wow !

The window in one of the rooms should be fixed so it can be opened because you can't breathe otherwise and the constant aircon at night results in sore throat on the next morning. Could have a bit more variety in the kitchen (like various sizes of bowls and smaller plates, more pots of different sizes). Also barking dogs from early morning were a bit annoying.

Great house, it had everything we needed. The host was very nice and very responsive, she even thought to equip the house with some food and products we might need during our stay which was very nice. I loved the big garden and terrace. Big space in the living room and kitchen.

These are not negative comments, more observations: Lack of hot water, Cold pool water due to the winter season.

On the day of our arrival, we were warmly welcomed, the hostess showed us everything. It was also nice that the hostess took care of food for the beginning (water, bread, eggs, local fruits, milk). Convenient location, short distance to the sea (2-3 minutes), many cafes/restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distance, the house has all necessary tools for cooking and other household appliances (for example, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher...). We didn't miss anything. Thank you.

The only thing I missed were the mosquito nets for staying with open windows when at home. Everything else was just perfect!

Wonderful Villa, very confortabile and fully equipped, modern and clean, at a short distance from to the sea, The staff has been really nice and friendly, they welcomed us very well and provided us with all the needed support and suggestions.

Only one very small comment (it's nothing negative, just recommendation); it would be fine to provide two sets of key from house and main gate (when you come in bigger group and every couple has different plans, it's quite complicated to handle it; especially when each couple leave and return in different time - anyway, we found the way finally ☺️)

Entire vila is very spacious; very well furnited, everything that you need for your stay, is available (included washing machine, dryer, BBQ equipment, also kitchen is fully equiped); garden is absolutely beautiful and pool was perfectly clean! During our stay the housekeeping lady came twice to take care of house (we really appreciated it). Villa is located very close to the beach and in calm area at the same time. A/C also worked without any issue. We really enjoyed the time, we spent here and we felt at home here! ☺️

We were welcomed by the owners father and Hans who is the son of Vania who looks after the property. They were at hand for anything we needed. Marie Jo the lovely cleaner came midweek. It's a well presented, newly refurbished fully equipped villa.

Care taker is not sensitive about the guest's problem. 1. Third day for 24 hrs there was no water in the premise. After passing the message, although the care taker responded but the problem could not solved till next day morning. I passed the message to property owner who was at Singapore at that time. That gentleman reduced one day rent by 25% from his side. But my expectation was 75% to reduce as we suffered a lot for the 24 hrs. 2. There is no provision for drinking water. Guests while reaching in apartment should go outside to buy drinking water. 3. Check out time the care taker was asking money for cleaning the utensils while there was no water for the last 24 hrs. 4. After check out, care taker called me and was blaming that there was a rotten banana in the drawer which was not thrown to dust bin. About this , I informed that I have not purchased any banana.
