Spacious flat, very comfortable beds, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc fully equipped. It was lovely to have a pool on our doorstep. Beach is also very close Munish has been an excellent host, thanks!

Very low water pressure in the shower but the owner is looking into this and is well aware of the issue. Other than that absolutely nothing to complain about.

Nice clean property in a pretty good location. Only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.Excellent communication from the owners and any requests were met promptly and efficiently.

Nothing, really! As a tip for any other parents with young children planning to stay, just ask for a high chair in advance if you need one.

This apartment was FANTASTIC. We had a brilliant 6 night stay. The place is beautifully decorated and comfortable throughout. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfort stay including kitchenware, plenty of storage space, mosquito plug-ins, cleaning equipment and an umbrella! Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. There was a pool and parking onsite. The location is great, just a few steps from the beach but still in a quiet neighbourhood, with a few good restaurants close by on the coast road. We were a family with two small children (aged 1 and 4) and we found it completely met our needs.

Some small things. Water pressure in the shower was low. One day there wasnt a water at all (but the problem was solved the same day).

Everything was good. The pool area, beach very close (but this wasnt our favorite one), apartment clean with a lot of small things that make big difference. Mike and Munish were really nice and helpful.

There are better beaches in Mauritius than Flic en Flac, but all of them are reachable with a short-medium trip (you will need a car). We were not aware that the weather in December is quite rainy, not all days were totally enjoyable, unfortunately. But this has nothing to do with the apartment, which provides an outstanding quality for the cost. Well done Munich!

The apartment is really located 50m from the Flic en Flac beach and in very close vicinity of several restaurants. I stayed one week in Dec 2023 with my family, total 4 people. The apartment is on the ground floor of a residence, with its own patio with a private table outside. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, even for a short stay. It was like being at home... Everything brand new and top quality. Washing machine, Dishwasher, TV set, WiFi (excellent speed), Espresso machine, Air conditioning... you name it. Furniture as in the pictures, functional and tastefully designed. The host Munich has been very nice, He was waiting for us for check-in, and He provided lots of useful info, both before and during our stay. The apartment was also cleaned up once during the week. Summing up: top choice, we were very happy about this location. Should we come back to Mauritius in the future, we'll definitely consider coming back here.

Property is in a safe facility with camera and staff on site. Mike is always present if you have any issue. Pool, garden, facility was cleaned daily. The management come and check daily that all in working order. The apartment was spotless, spacious, very modern , clean and very well equipped and maintained. Towel and cleaning done half way through our stay (2 weeks) . Munish and his wife (owners) are very friendly and very easy to get in touch if any issue arise. Lovely stay , quiet property , good size pool, easy access to all amenities, restaurant, bars and beach 3mn walk. Very good.

Outside of the little hotel oasis the surroundings are not very nice, but you can quickly walk to the beach and avoid all that.

Everything was perfect

Everything about the place was great. Very clean, modern house, comfy bed,pool just outside the front door. Proximity to shops, beach, restaurant makes it the perfect place . Even though their was other tennants in the other apartment, it was never noisy. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was incredibly perfect. Is, with difference, the best stay we've had in our trip to Mauritius, and at an affordable price. It is less than 5 min walking from the beach, the pool is amazing, everything (including the common area at the pool and garden) is very clean and well preserved. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and personalised, and there is a handyman all day at the facilities for anything you would need during your stay. The 3 rooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and livingroom were carefully equipped, decorated and preserved. It was fully equipped for everything you would need to live there forever. It has a surveyed parking lot.

The apartment is well finished. The appliances are new and work well. The pool was cared for everyday. The beach is one block away. The owner is helpful and friendly.

Very nice new apartment! We were 2 adults and 2 kids, 12 and 8 years old, staying for a week. The host was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. Only a few minutes walking distance from the ocean and restaurants. Well equipped apartment with everything you need! I had my morning coffee outside every day by the poolside. I highly recommend this place! 😄

Everything was PERFECT: the communication with Munish (the host), the appartment itself, witch is brand new and offers anything you could possibly need, even if you want to cook or just make a coffee/tea, the patio outlooking the pool, the position of the building is also perfect, beeing very close to the beach (2 min walk), shops and restaurants ( 3-4 min walk) but also very quite street so you are not bothered by the noise of the main road during the night. When we will come back, to Mauritius, we will for sure also come back to this location where we really felt like home, it was our home away from home for 2 weeks. Thank you, Munish, for a lovely stay and for all your help, you are amazing!
