• A fresh coat of paint would really help, as there were some visible marks on the walls. • While the apartment was generally clean, a deeper cleaning in certain areas would make a noticeable difference.

• The complex is modern and looks great. • Our host, Lois, was very friendly and quick to help with any issue we had. • The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need. • Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

There was no AC in the living room/kitchen area although this was easily fixed by turning on the AC in the bedrooms. The pool was a nice feature but was unfortunately fairly cold as it was in the shade.

Modern building, large apartment, which is located 10min walk to the beach. It's in a quiet place, with a concierge at night. Plenty of parking space.

We stayed with friends, and the apartment was spacious, conveniently close to the beach and the city center. The internet worked perfectly, and having a washing machine was incredibly helpful. The hosts provided us with all the necessary information and were extremely accommodating when we had an issue with a cracked glass on the table—they took care of it entirely, and we are very grateful for this. If we visit Mauritius again, we will definitely return! Thank you again Manisha.

The location was close to popular areas. Everything you can think of was available in the apartment. The person responsible was very responsive. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and he came to give us the keys. No complaints.

We stayed in touch with the host from the first moment we booked the apartment. Our flight landed at 7 am and we were able to check in at 10 am without issues. Once we arrived the host welcomed us, show us around and gave us some recommendations as well as how to get the cleaning team if we needed them. Location is great. 15 mins walk from the main Flic en flac street, which makes it very quiet area, and makes you feel very safe.

An amazing, comfortable and convenient apartment at flic en flac. The apartment had everything - comfortable beds, good wifi and all utensils and appliances. Mr Ajit was simply superb. He was so thoughtful to buy some food and fruits given that we were arriving early morning with kids. He had even bought some toys and coloring pens for the kids. Overall, an amazing luxurious apartment and we had a wonderful time at Mr Ajit's place. One suggestion would be to rent a car or a scooter in advance for more convenient travels.

We could only take a shower for about 15 seconds before the water turned completely cold. For most of our stay, there was no reliable hot water, despite giving several chances to fix it. Only during the last few days did we finally have warm water. This is unacceptable for the price we paid. No value for money. On top of that, the lighting was broken, the furniture and facilities are very old, and the apartment feels neglected. Building works around the property — not mentioned in the description — added to the discomfort. Communication with management was poor; instead of addressing the actual issues, our complaints were twisted and pushed back onto us. No real solutions or compensation were ever provided. What you get is far below the price you pay – absolutely no value for money. We cannot recommend this apartment and advise others to book elsewhere if they expect even basic quality and comfort.

Ajit, the host is just phenomenal. With great focus on details, kindness and ad-hoc support whenever need he makes sure you stay will be outstanding. The apartment is new, well furnished and equipped, clean and offered anything we’ve desired. As we were traveling with baby it was much appreciated to find a baby-safe place offering everything needed. Many thanks for the great stay!
