A wonderful flat, in a spectacular location near the bay of Marsalforn. It is situated not far from a bus stop, and there is a large selection of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The owner, Eric, was pleasant to deal with, and we would definitely choose Waterside apartments for our stay again.

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker but other than that, the kitchen was well supplied.

Very clean, comfortable place with views to the Marsalforn waterfront. We could be on the beach in less than a minute. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious, with two balconies. Bed was comfy. We liked it so much we extended our stay!

No air-conditioning or ceiling fan in kitchen living area. Fan provided was slow therefore it was hot. Would have benefited from a washing machine

Location, modern and comfortable furniture, nice responsive host, has elevator, air-conditioned bedrooms. Very clean apartment. Good WiFi and TV. Adequate towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen.

It was very vlose to the sea. The apartment is amazing with 2 big balconies. Ac was very good and eric was very helpfull and hes fantastic. I will go again fo sure

As mentioned by other guests please be aware the outside traffic noise can be intrusive. Air con costs extra so bring coins to feed the meter.

The apartment is decorated to a high standard with all we needed for our stay. Communication with the owners was excellent. The owners kindly provided some provisions which was incredibly helpful until we found our bearings.

In the morning the street is noisy and you can hear it very much. There was a lack of a washing machine and some small things in the kitchen (new dishrags, napkins. After the plane we had to immediately look for a store).

Air conditioning cost extra with a payment metre. This is unclear when booking. The squelchy bathmat Intercom for downstairs door doesn’t open the door so someone has to come downstairs to open as we only had one key. No bottle top opener. Small points overall but easily fixed.

Modern clean comfortable apartment in the centre of town. Free parking close by.

Only teensy issue was that the lift was a bit unreliable, but the technician was due to look at it the day after we left.

Quite noisy due to being directly on one of the main roads going through Marsalforn but we were thankfully out of season and the traffic died down after 11p.m. The windows are not very soundproof. Otherwise a great apartment and Marsalforn was a blessing after the hustle and bustle of Sliema on Malta.

Location to the beach and all restaurants and amenities. The apartment was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean.

chairs in lounge not very comfortable, and couldn’t get our Netflix login to work on TV, a few food items and foil, cling film would have been useful

The location was great but the downside was that the road is busy with traffic and because it’s up hill, the cars and buses rev the engine. The beds were uncomfortable and had no support making you sink in the bed. The lounge had 2 tub chairs for the whole family, so you couldn’t sit comfortably together. For how often we would use the a/c we were disappointed that this was charged on top considering the amount we paid. Also, would have been nice to have a tv in the main bedroom and a washing machine.

The Host was friendly and location was great - walking distance to beach and restaurants and close to bus stop if you want to go to Victoria

There is no laundry facilities and you are unable to wash your clothes or towels. You have to have some dollar coins to pay for the air conditioning. Which is fine but we weren’t told about it until we arrived.

Great location but you get some street noise which is the cost of being in the heart of it all.
