This was our second stay and it was simply fantastic. The apartment comes with a dream terrace overlooking one of the most beautiuful and serene locations on the island. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedroom with super comfy beds. The best place to stay in Gozo with the kindest owners. We are coming back again.

This was our second stay at The Loft & we have also booked again for the third time (next year). The property is super clean, extremely comfortable and has everything you might need to self cater. Wi-Fi connection is good. Great shower with constant hot water. Bed comfy. The view over the valley from the terrace is amazing, especially as the sun sets. We received a warm welcome from the lovely host Esther who is super helpful and easily contactable. Thank you Esther….see you gain next year!

It was cold in the bedroom (bedroom is literally carved in a hillside which is cold, and it was less than 20 degrees and raining outside when we visited).

Great view from the spacious terrace, very quiet area, well-equipped (except the frying pan needed to be changed). Direct bus connection to nearby fisher village with good restaurants (and Salt Pans), and to the sea port that connects the island with Comino and Malta.

We spent a week at The Loft Gozo and was very pleased with everything from location, comfort, cleanliness, parking, wifi, view from terrace, Smart TV with Netflix etc. The host Esther was lovely and most helpful, having good communication from the start. Hairdryer, iron, washing machine all available plus two bathrooms. One thing to note is access to the bedroom is via a spiral staircase which was good for us but maybe difficult for some. Would highly recommend The Loft!

We had a lovely stay at The Loft Gozo. Very clean and cozy with all the amenities you need. A short walk to the closest villages/beach but we recommend to have a car for this destination. With a car you can get anywhere on the island in a very short time. The sunsets from the terrace was amazing and we had a lovely little cat visiting us every day. We loved the place and would stay there again 😊

A STUNNING APARTMENT WITH FANTASTIC VIEWS OVER THE VALLEY A REALLY NICE FAMILY THAT WERE VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT ALL IN ALL A FABULOUS HOLIDAY THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS WE COULDNT CONTROL THE SUN OVER A 100 DEGREES ON A FEW OF OUR DAYS ,THE LOFT IS WELL WORTH A VISIT IF YOU WANT A RELAXING TRIP AS A COUPLE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND A CAR RENTAL ,BUT THE BUS STOP INTO MARSALFORN IS ONLY 100 METRES AWAY SAME AS THE BUS BACK TO XAGHRA AND THE FERRY TERMINAL

The Loft is an incredible place to stay; it exceeded our expectations in every way. The views from the veranda are breathtaking, and the interior is stunning in itself. Situated in a peaceful and idyllic spot, but with a shop selling everything you need just down the road - and close enough to the lovely Marsalforn which has a plethora of nice eateries, bars and a lovely seaside. We completely fell in love with this flat, the cave-like spiral staircase, the genuinely amazing surroundings and everything else. We'll be coming back!

Lovely welcome from Esther who was really helpful throughout our whole trip. The apartment is beautifully designed, very comfortable and makes the most of the incredible view. We hired bikes from Esther for 4 days and that really made the trip for us as we were able to explore so much of the beautiful island. The property is less than a 10minute walk to a mini market, which had all the essentials for nights when we were too tired to go out. The main square is a 20 minute walk and has a couple of bars and some lovely restaurants. Latini was our favourite. We would love to visit more of the island and would definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent with a great view across an agricultural valley. A 30 min walk to the centre of Xaghra and the wonderful neolithic temples of Ggantija. In better weather than we had in January there are good hikes, e.g. across the valley to Victoria. Our host was friendly and most helpful. The rooms and views were excellent, well heated during our out-of-season stay. We appreciated the connection from the lounge/kitchen the the bedroom at a lower level that comprised a spiral metal staircase in a rock-cut cylinder. However, prospective guests with resemblance to the corpulent neolithic figurines in the Ggantija museum might find it a challenge. The property photographs provide an accurate impression of this feature.

The kitchen was lacking a bit of amenities and tv was fairly small.

Truly, a perfectly designed space with a spectacular view. The host even let us park in the underground garage which was extremely convenient, especially in the summer heat.

Again, this property is better suited for warm-weather visits. There is only a small love seat for sitting upstairs, and no dining table inside - just bar stools at the counter. In the bedroom downstairs there is only one chair. So for a couple, visiting in the winter, we couldn’t comfortably hang out, read, use our computers, etc anywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms are also too minimally stocked - we had to buy salt, pepper, olive oil, paper towels, shower gel, etc.. There is a washing machine but no detergent so we bought that too. All a bit much for a 3-night stay. And the apartment is not suitable for older people - entrance is via a very steep ramp into a parking garage - apartment door is in the garage (that is also a little strange…). Then steps immediately inside front door, and a very narrow windy spiral staircase down to the bedroom. Taking a large suitcase up or down would be impossible.

Location is good, quiet area but central. Terrace is lovely (but as it was winter we unfortunately didn’t get to use it much). Lovely living space and bedroom but is probably most enjoyable when it’s warmer and you can incorporate the outdoor space.

Some minor nuisances included malfunctioning Wi-Fi and inoperable AC. As a side note, the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom is somewhat inconvenient to use.

The owner welcomed us on arrival and was very accommodating. Nearest costal town (Marsalforn) is 15 minutes away on foot, however be ready for a steep uphill walk on the way back. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and has an amazing view from the big terrace. Several rather friendly stray cats live in the building.
