We upgraded last minute to their new suites - while the suite was lovely - you got a bath in the bathroom, a living room and bedroom - it lacked privacy on the balcony. The partition wall wasn't high enough, so your neighbour could see right in. We ended up angling our umbrella to block this. Lucky we were on the end and only had one person to the side. Also they are tiered , so above looked down on you . On our last day all our towels were covered in cigarette ash from the couple above smoking over their balcony. They also liked doing loud video calls showing the view , so always seemed to be hanging over the balcony looking right down on us .I would have rather stayed in one of the ordinary rooms with a balcony and not upgraded.

Great location,, right near the port. Lovely breakfast, overlooking the boats and you can sit on the outside terrace afterwards. Comfortable room . Easy walk to either the Marina area or Ghajnsielem ( the nearest village) . We ate at the latter most evenings , or the lovely floating restaurant in the Marina .

Bathroom needs an upgrade as tap was moving & bath is noisy when you go in. A walk in shower would be appropriate both for space and for elderly and non very mobile visitors

The parking . Too steep and no lift.

A shame the indoor pool wasn’t open but not the end of the world as the outdoor one was. Everything was lovely.

First time to Malta & Gozo. Location excellent. Everything close to hand. Ferry to Malta, ferry to Comino, Avis car hire, a few restaurants. The view was beautiful, of the busy harbour. The new infinity pool allows you to watch the world go by whilst taking a refreshing dip. Breakfast was generous and more than enough options to suit most people. The staff friendly and helpful.

The reception staff should be more smiling and kind to those who stay! The lady at the reception who was there on the day of check-out should be ashamed of what she did! She asked me to take a picture of me at the pin I received on booking because their app doesn't work so she can then self-evaluate with a 10 review! the shower head was very worn and had mold. it should be replaced!

The view of the ferry, the church, the infinity pool the location of the hotel; close to the ferry (about 7 min walk to the hotel) the food of the restaurant and the kindness of the staff the indoor pool very comfortable bed PS: thanks to the cleaning man for his kindness!

The staff are lovely and the infinity pool is a dream. I stayed with my girls and a fantastic time. A very short walk to Gozo Ferry. The location was perfect! I hope to make it back next year. I do suggest staying on the 5th floor:)

It’s a very large hotel and hallways have a damp smell and threadbare carpet and curtains. While the rooms are large they are dated and many aspects need fixing, such as curtains, showers(ours had a glued on knob that dropped off during the first shower and the spray arm dropped to the bath. Lots of chipped tiles, and could go either way a fresh coat of paint. That said, I happened to be in a lift with the manager who faked about my stay. After I told him both the positive and negatives, hd mentioned there would be refurbishment in winter, so it will hopefully be fabulous.

The location is great. The pool is a good size and has a lovely view. The staff are very helpful and professional. The food is good and the rooms are a generous size.

Would have been nice if staff on the front desk said hello as you passed through sometimes but that would be my only criticism

Location is great. Very close to the ferry and bus stops. Hotel was really clean and we had a great view from our balcony over the harbour.

We really liked the bed, it was comfortable and large. The whole room was nice and clean, also we liked the pool/sea view from our room and the professionalism of the staff.
