Shame we couldn’t get a proper drink from the bar in the evening - receptionist was only allowed to sell us beer.

Location was great for restaurants and sights, rooftop terrace was a bonus and we enjoyed the little interior balcony off the bedroom

Extremely inclined roads and steps, you need to be fit. Taxi drivers complaining to pick you up at that location in Valetta.

Everywhere in Malta were steps, showed how unfit we were.

Our room was on the second floor with a fantastic view to the harbour. Bed was very comfortable. I loved that there was a small enclosed verandah with windows, you could watch the boats and the fireworks at night where buildings were lit up.

View was breathtaking!! To add, location is perfect right in the old city centre (all famous streets and sports are 10m away) even though it’s the bars, restaurants and pubs location, no disturbing noises. It is 10 minutes from the bus station and right under the hotel is the ferry station (ferry to Gozo, The three cities,…), it tooks 5 minutes to get there.

Staff were so welcoming on arrival, our harbour view room was perfect for our trip, all in all a really lovely place to stay and would recommend! The rooftop terrace was a great unique feature and overlooks the harbour for wonderful views, and it is only a short walk and then you're into the centre of Valletta

A small refrigerator would have been appreciated for water bottles.

Perfect location for a stay in Valletta. Lovely hotel with incredible views across the harbour. Although this is rated a 2-star hotel I think it's definitely more like 3-star. The room was spotless, very comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast. (Although it's described as a continental breakfast, there was cooked breakfast also provided when we stayed.) We would love to stay again.

Our room was next to the elevator and you could hear everything on the hallway which makes it hard to rest sometimes

Small bathroom, but didn't mind. There was a very nice lady at the reception but unfortunately she couldn't give us much advice about the trip. It's a shame that the staff doesn't know the island well. She also wanted to give us advice, she was really nice, she just simply didn't have the information. So maybe just a recommendation that the staff learn at least basic advice/info about Malta. I mean, if you're going to plan something, probably google it. I just purely wanted advice from someone I thought had lived/worked in Malta longer and would know.

Breakfast was great. The hotel has a really great location and an even nicer view. The room was a bit small, but it was manageable. The climate works. There is also a gentleman working at the front desk who has a great insight into Malta. He was very helpful.

It’s unbelievable — outside it was over 45 degrees, and the rooms don’t have a refrigerator.

The location of the hotel is outstanding, central to everything in Valletta, close to Ferry for boats to other parts of Malta. Staff are welcoming, Breakfast is tasty. Ice cold beers from reception bar can be taken to the roof terrace to be enjoyed with unobstructed views of the harbour truly breathtaking.
