We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyNothing. The quiet neighborhood and the absence of any kind of nightlife in the surrounding area may be startling someone.
Everything. The apartment is quiet, huge, clean, and has one of the most incredible views of ramla bay and sundawn. It also sports one of the most equipped kitchens I've ever seen in my travels - but this is also quite necessary, since the closest market is 1 km away and you'll need to pack food in the (huge) fridge for your stay. Also, there are no bars or restaurants around, although bolt food is a reality and you can order delivery. Ramla beach is just 10 minutes down the (steep) road, but it's well equipped and a nice place to stay ( You can "bolt" your way up back to the apartment).

United KingdomThe apartment needed an instructions folder .... the owner messaged over what to do with the water pump and getting the TV and internet working took several messages ... route cause was that the main router had been switched off so no amount of resetting the WiFi booster of playing with TV settings worked. You are asked to take out the rubbish when you leave but it's not clear how to deal with the three types of rubbish collection done on Gozo. I was there with my adult daughter, but the assumption was that we were a couple so only the double bedroom had been unlocked so phone calls were required to find the keys to unlock a second bedroom.... which needed the bed to be fully made.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had enough facilities for us. Regardless of the comments below I'd book this accommodation again.

The view was AMAZING - even better than the pictures! The place was large, clean and well-equipped, and Anthony and Miriam were so helpful!

We had a lovely time in this apartment. Anthony is a most helpful and courteous host, and replied immediately to our queries. We also appreciated being met by Miriam and showed where everything was etc. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable with a marvellous view down to the bay. We enjoyed sipping chilled Maltese wine on the balcony in the evening. Xhagra is a quiet village with good restaurants and local people are very friendly.

MaltaThe apartment is really great. Everything is clean and tidy. The view of the landscape and the Ramla Bay is amazing. You will find everything you need. The place is very quiet, you can relax. The landlords are so nice and helpful. They even provided delicious maltese bread and something to drink. Our dog also felt very comfortable there.

SerbiaFlat is huge, you can fit 5 members easily. Landlords are very kind and they’re here for you at any moment of the day. View from balcony is something what almost everybody needs on holiday, and this flat have stunning view on most beatiful Gozo beach. You will feel exactly like you are at your own home. And yes, you will take a rest and recharge your batteries! Perfect place!
