We're sorry about your bad experience in our property, but should you have let us know, everything would have been resolved upon request. Especially since we called to check on you, and you said everything was fine, so this leads us to think probably this bad review is only a way to ask for an unfair refund. The door does close from the outside and from the inside, but since you weren't able to do it, you could have asked for assistance in the number we sent via message several times, and we would have arrived immediately as we live only 3 min away from the property. Still, we apologize for the couple, who probably made some mistake, maybe from a late self check in, misunderstood instructions, and entered your room. We will look into this as we have cameras in all the common areas. Regarding the unmade bed, we leave the room in perfect condition with towels, toiletries, and made bed and everything before your arrival, but after that, it will only be upon your request that we will have access to your room, and since you never contacted during your stay, and since when contacted by us, you said everything was fine, this is interesting to say the least. The same goes for the toilet paper. Since we don't enter your room without your permission, we didn't know you were out of it. But we do know that in every room, before your check-in, we leave one roll per night, based on the number of nights you will stay One roll per day is more than enough for everyone, based on our experience, but since you needed more than thay, you could have simply let us know.

Were glad you liked the house and you had an overall good experience. But just to make it clear, you get the room you previously pick in the app when you make the reservation, so the room you got was picked by you previously. We just get notified about the room which got reserved, and we serve you accordingly. Now usually that room is the cheapest one, for the only reason the bathroom is not inside the room, and not only its written on the system, we also message you previously to let you know in advance. As belonging to the renovation, the rooms are fully equiped with everything needed, but the balconies and the house style itself are rare and well preserved, so we would rather save the originality, then ruin it and turn it in another modern building.
