Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.

Comentario auténticoDesayuno muy completo. Habitaciones muy limpias. El día que nos marchamos nos guardaron las mochilas y nos dejaron estar toda la mañana en la piscina de manera gratuita.
Ubicado dentro de un centro comercial si llegabas de noche había que pasar por una zona de fiesta de chavales jóvenes, pero nunca tuvimos ningún problema ni sentimos ruido dentro de las habitaciones.

Al llegar nos dieron una habitación inferior a la reservada y aunque nos compensaron con 50€ en el bar del hotel, tardaron bastante en darnos nuestra habitación. Por el horario del bar no pudimos disfrutar de los 50€. Deberían hacer más mantenimiento en los baños.

El restaurante y la piscina están en otro edificio, con el consiguiente jaleo de subir y bajar en ascensores dos veces. Por dos veces la habitación no estaba arreglada después de las 5 de la tarde.

Esta en una zona de marcha para gente joven . Muy ruidosa. Nuestra habitación no tenía ruido porque estaba más alejada. La piscina era pequeña para un hotel tan grande. Algún día sin posibilidad de hamacas. Siempre tenían música disco puesta.

Comentario auténticoMi experiencia fue en general positiva, aunque con algunos matices. La relación calidad-precio, en mi caso particular, no cumplió del todo con las expectativas. La limpieza de las habitaciones fue correcta. Éramos cuatro personas y, durante 2 o 3 días de los 7 que estuvimos, solo nos dejaron tres toallas en lugar de cuatro. Eso sí, si los pides, te lo solucionan rápidamente. El desayuno me pareció muy buen, lo único que era algo repetitivo. En cuanto a las habitaciones, notamos un ligero olor a humedad, lo cual fue un detalle que restó un poco de confort a la estancia. El sofá cama no estuvo muy cómodo.
Se echó en falta la presencia de actividades de entretenimiento por las noches. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la piscina de la planta superior estaba constantemente muy llena, lo que dificultaba disfrutarla con tranquilidad.

Comentario auténticoLa habitación era muy amplia, el baño confortable y amplio. El desayuno tenia surtido , y los camarer@s eran super amables y atentos. La piscina en la terraza es estupenda para relajarse unas horas y estar tranquilo, además la piscina interior también puedes pasar un tiempo de relax agradable. Un hotel muy recomendable dentro de un centro comercial con tiendas y locales para comer o cenar, todo muy al alcance. Ha sido nuestra primera visita a Malta y nos vamos muy sorprendidos de este país, esta es una muy buena opción por ubicación para conocer Malta. Aunque si te gusta la tranquilidad quizas esta zona esta muy animada.
Que la terraza no tenia vistas al exterior ya que tenia un muro.

La cama era muy incomoda. Elegimos este hotel porque era el único que ofrecía una cama matrimonial. En el sitio dice que es sujeta a disponibilidad. Cuándo llegamos hicimos presente que preferíamos la cama matrimonial en lugar de dos camas individuales. Nos dijeron que esta bien y cuando dormimos eran dos camas individuales juntas. Al. Siguiente día lo comentamos en recepción. Y nos dijeron que así son todas que en realidad no existía el tamaño matrimonial. Nos ofrecieran solucionarlo poniendo una cobija abajo para que no se sintiera el hueco en medio. Pero igual fue muy muy incómodo dormir con una bebé en este tipo de cama.

You did share this feedback with our reception during the stay and you were informed that your bed was a double bed zipped with a topper, however together with the housekeeping we changed the entire bed mattress for your comfort.
