Lifts were terribly slow and confusing - they would go both up and down even once you pressed a certain floor. I swear we were in it for 10 minutes once just going up and down 😱

Hotel was nice and modern.. location was great, bang in the centre and next to the strip, 2 minute walk to beach (albeit entrances were in the middle of a shopping mall which made it a little tricky to find sometimes 😅) Rooms were nice and clean and bright, if a little small. Roof top pool terrace was great, with very attentive bar staff every few minutes. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Would gladly return

Excellent stay! Modern hotel with lots of good facilities. Very good breakfast. There was an issue with our room on arrival and they put us up in a sister hotel for 2 nights in a superior room, when we returned they also put us in a superior room and gave us a dinner voucher and prosecco. Staff dealt with the issue very well and we would recommend the hotel.

We were given a room that was not what was booked. It was large and was missing a lounge/chair and you had to watch TV from the bed. This was not as shown in the booking photos. The noise from outside bar music was heard until early hours in the morning. We complained and were given a beautiful room with a separate lounge area, which is what we paid for in the original booking.

I love that they have both outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Love the location as it was part of a shopping center, with lots of restaurants around the area. The staff were very accommodating and polite. There were lots of activities to do in the hotel and within the area.

Rooms weren’t as big as I thought they will be.

Great location, very central, staff were amazing and goes over and beyound to make you happy. The roof top swimming pool with breathtaking views is to die for! Enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel😍😍

Unfortunately, my husband and I were placed in the opposite building from my teenagers, which was very annoying because I had to go over and back when having to check in with them , plus if they needed anything they had to come over to the other building, management said they would try and get them over to our building but , unfortunately they never followed up to let us know if it could happen. Breakfast was fine for the first couple of mornings but became bland.

The location was very good, central to everything, restaurants, shopping centres, supermarkets . Staff at the front desk were very helpful and very polite .

Considerable noise from nightclubs and pubs Would have liked a balcony but maybe I could have booked one?

There’s only one main lift and sometimes we had to wait over 10 minutes.

Had good facilities such as an indoor and outdoor pool. It also had a gym which is open 24/7. The breakfast was good too! It is located inside a shopping mall which makes it really easy to grab food or do some shopping. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
