The spacious terrasse provides a charming view (5th floor) over St Georges bay while the apartment is walking distance (3-10 min) to many town spots and amenities (restaurants, shops, transports)

Lovely stay and nice quiet location with all the facilities required. Busy area a few minutes walk so an ideal place for anyone who wants to venture to the restaurants, pubs or nightlife. It's equally great if you want to prepare your own food and have a restful sleep in the quiet apartment.

Nothing in particular was negative. It is not the most luxurious place but it is perfectly fine if you are just interested in the location and of course the cost. I think owner is about to renovate parts or whole apartment.

Location is exactly what i needed because it was close to the venue i was visiting and of course to the busy street. There is space to accommodate more people and it would be idea for a small family or 2 couples.

There wasn’t something that I didn’t like , but here is some little details that can be helpful. The apartment has one bathroom so for a large group of people , you’ll need to be patient and also a mop would have been more useful for cleaning the floor from water after bath. Furthermore there is two buckets in the balcony , which are filled up with water from the AC so you need to keep in mind to empty the water or else the water will start to overflow.

The view was perfect , the apartment had everything you need. The location was exactly what you needed, near restaurants ,coffee shop , markets and nightlife clubs but also quite ,there wasn’t any loud noises that couldn’t let you sleep. Apparently the location where the apartment is located but also the apartment itself , is the one of best you can have for large group of people

Tiny elevator! Cab drivers had a difficult time dropping us off there.

The location is amazing and the apartment is perfect for groups of friends or couples. The balcony gets a lot of morning sun and the view is great. I would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment felt 'lived in' rather than 'quirky'. Any soft furnishings are due some replacements, like the rugs, pillows and towels. Also, small things need fixing like gaps in the laminate flooring. It is probably due some overall modernization.

Stones throw away from a lovely beach, the bustling nightlife, bars, restaurants and everything else you might need. Despite this, the apartment is still tucked away enough not to be noisy.

The entire apartment complex is older and it shows in the apartment as well. The pictures look great but the reality is different. Not very clean - we were here in December/January and there was a layer of dust on everything, including the kitchen table. We had two days where we had no hot water for a few hours - one day in the morning when we were getting ready to leave, another day at night when we were getting ready for bed. The supplies were lacking - we had one liquid soap dispenser that was diluted and had more water than soap in it, and 2 toilet paper rolls for a 5 night stay for a family of 4. No other toiletries or basic hygiene supplies were provided. No one had put trash bags in any of the bins before we got there. Very bad smell in the entrance hall / shared laundry area.

Location is great, view is nice. Free onsite parking pass was provided along with detailed instructions for everything and prompt communications.
