Each of our rooms is thoroughly inspected by our housekeeping supervisor before being made available to guests, which makes it quite unusual to encounter multiple issues at once. Additionally, blankets and sheets are always provided and clearly placed in the room — it’s difficult to miss them unless they were overlooked unintentionally. It’s also worth mentioning that we did not receive any report of discomfort or maintenance issues during your stay. We are always happy to assist and resolve any concerns promptly, but unfortunately, without being informed at the time, it’s impossible for us to take action. We genuinely hope there was no confusion and that you’re not referring to a different property.
