For us it was not a problem but you should have it in mind that the road to the house is pretty steep and narrow and if there is ice it can be a little dangerous.

The host was very polite, responded to our messages very fast and every day was texting us to check if we need something. Also the hosts father was very friendly, gave us welcoming gift and offer us any help if we need something. When we turned on all the heaters and ACs the house get very warm. The kitchen was fully equipped and the place as a whole was pretty clean. The villa looks exactly like it is shown on the photos.

Very nice host, apartment had everything you need. Warm with a lot of different heating options, clean and tidy. Great location with a beautiful view and a lot of markets and restaurants are very close. Beds are very comfortable, the blankets are very soft and the furniture is good quality. No complaints definitely coming back when we get the chance.

The villa was very comfortable and cosy, it had everything that you need inside. Amazing views! The host Ivan was very helpful even offered to book restaurants for us. Location was great, walking distance to the ski slopes. Would definitely stay there again.

It's a bit tricky to reach the villas in the winter as it's on high ground and if there is too much snow you may need additional gear on the car to reach it. The villas may be even better suited for autumn/summer time.

Apartment was clean, with new furniture, excellent view, and you basically had everything you need for longer stay. (and maybe even more so). The owner was not there but was very helpful and 24/7 responsive on VIber. It can be seen how much money, time and love was invested in the place.

Beautiful new villa, well equiped with everything you may possibly need! Really clean and the host went the extra mile to make everything available and comfortable for us. Location is just a bit off track, but that was perfect for us cause it is quiet and cozily nested in the woods and the hill. View is also nice and relaxing. Will be coming back here for sure!

Not only the villa has an extremly beautiful location with a divine view, also the host Ivan is very available and helpful. Although it was minus 14 outside, the fireplace in the living room did its job perfectly - the house was very warm and comfortable.

Mavrovo Square is amazing! The rooms were super-clean, the property has the best view in Mavrovo. I’ve been in 2000 places all aroung the world, and I have never met someone like Ivan (the owner of Mavrovo Square). This guy is simply the best, he is friendly, he will make you like you are at home and get you anything you need. Thank you for everything Ivan.
