There were teenagers on our floor who were making a noise..I did not like that the hotel didn’t do anything about it.

Немаше појадок, односно немаше персонал па затоа и ресторанот не работеше. Не оставија да се снаоѓаме за храна а со тоа и секако трошокот е поголем. требаше да трошиме екстра пари.

Poor service- room was not made up for a 2 night stay, no new towels and nothing provided. Beware there’s no parking provided so you need to find a parking in the main square together with all the ski center clients. Staff is very friendly but the hotel is definitely understaffed. Food wise, breakfast was decent. However the restaurant quality was awful. A dish called Grilled mushrooms was actually warmed up canned mushrooms (attached picture)

The restorant is closed during my period of stay ,Across the street there was a small restorant were you can eat all kind of macedonian favorite dishes.

The locaion in Mavrovo was very peacful during my stay in the hotel. Clean air were you can fill your lungs with oxygen. In few words you can relax your self under the pine tree it enough to charge your inner soul.

The room is small, nothing fancy, but you don't go to Mavrovo to stay in a room anyways. Very clean and the staff was very accommodating. We checked-in earlier than we were supposed to and we had a blast. I imagine in the winter it's even more interesting, but I highly recommend it for a summer weekend trip.

There was no cold running water, only scalding hot water in the shower that you can not take shower with. We weren’t alerted and almost end up with skin burns.

Dear booking staff! this message today is for you! I have been your customer for years. I have had cases where I have lost days of work and days of vacation from you! like me and many others trust you, and we are your customers! on January 1st, the most beautiful day of the year, I went for a three-day vacation and chose Fersped Hotel in Mavrove. this was not a hotel, dear booking staff. he was a rat hole, he didn't even have bed sheets. Their sheets could not even cover half of the bed. A small room with a catastrophic price, no shampoo with a small sink and bathroom like on a ferry, a stench in the whole room and the hotel. I slept that night and the next day I asked to leave and they took the whole payment without a hint of shame, and they didn't even feel for the problems I presented to them and they took the full amount from my credit card. How is it possible that you booking staff sell us such hotels without standards? How is it possible that you break our trust? how is it possible that you don't visit these hotels yourself before you see them before you sell them to us!? We trust you with our vacation days, we trust you with our business, and you reward us in this way by offering us this garbage. this hote, Fersped Hotel Mavrova was not even for a chicken coop. send one of your people to sleep there for a night and you will understand what you offer us. I am very disappointed in you! yYou get your fee, the hotel gets its payment, and I went back home without a vacation, stressed and overwhelmed with disappointment.

We had a great stay in this ski hotel which provided us with a clean and warm room, comfortable firm beds, pristine bathroom, and a good breakfast. Located right at the base start of the ski lift to the ski slopes is a great choice. Fantastic for the value.

The windows are old and are not isolating very well. During hot summer days it can get hot in the room, which I know is extremely rare for Mavrovo, but an AC would have come in handy.

Best value for money hotel in Mavrovo during the summer period. Decent room, fully renovated bathroom, comfy bed. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful, she even left us to stay in the room several hours after check out.
