IsraelThe villa was located a bit far from the restaurant, so we had to ask for a club-car every time we left the villa. We didn't like the fact that we were charged for those rides... In addition, restaurant was good, but the priciest we came across in Madagascar.
The management was super nice. The resort manager woke up to welcome us at 4AM! to make sure that all is okay. We got a super large villa, with more rooms and space than we needed. The villa had a sizable swimming pool and a path to a perfect beach strip that was all for us.

Czech RepublicThe servise, although staff was friendly and they were trying, they could not provide a good quality service, all took increadibly long, half of the things were not available, no one could speak proper english. We got food poisoned at the restaurant three times, all of us, so eventually after that third attempt we stopped going there.
The place is fantastic, looks like a fairytale, the villa was spacious and tasteful, the beach, the sea, the view, little pool, all great.

United StatesExceptionally positive experience! The accommodations were amazing: beautiful, comfortable, clean! The staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! We did a combination of relaxing in our villa and enjoying the resort facilities as well as fun excursions which we were able to book through the resort. It was a truly wonderful family vacation!

We really liked the size of the villa, food in the restaurant was delicious, SPA was really relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

United StatesPrivacy is limited especially with the daily maid (who was invasive and showed up continually even when asked not to come or to leave) AC is only in bedrooms and one living space and 3 of our 5 did not work.
Beautiful views from the Seaview Room and the pool was really nice to use with plenty of space in the villa.

PakistanA good resort but need to keep expectations in place. This is nothing like the modern facilities you will find in east asian tourist places like Thalang, phuket or Nusa dua, Bali. Very few of the staff members speak english, which is a challenge if you are not a fluent french speaker. the accommodation is a little old and stairs in our villa were too steep to be safe. food is average.
warm private and facility pool water was amazing. views from the villa were very good. it is quiet and private. The spa facility was fantastic.
