The lock to my room was quite difficult to operate and, while I mentioned the issue to the receptionist, it was not fixed. In addition, I noticed that housekeeping didn’t always clean the glasses or mugs in the room after use. The presence of mosquitoes also impacted how comfortable the stay was. Finally, it would be nice to have longer operating hours for reception to make it easier to report any maintenance issues or just to ask any questions about the area.

I loved the hotel’s proximity to the restaurants, shops and the beach in Grand Case. The staff at reception was also quite friendly.

If you don't get one of the three parking lots, it's impossible to find a parking space near the hotel on the road. There are a lot of mosquitos in this area. There are some measures from the hotel against it, but there are only partly successful.

The room is small but the hotel has a nice yard where you can if it's not rainy (not rained before). The hotel is near the beach. It has three parking lots.

This is a nice little hotel. It is not on the beach and doesn't have a view, but it is conveniently located in central Grand Case. It is clean and well run.

I didn't really care about this, but if you or your loved ones are light sleepers or sensitive to noise, my room was right next to a chicken coupe, so I could hear them first thing in the morning. But you could always ask to move room if it's a problem. I think if you're going to Saint Martin. There's gonna be nature around, so I'm sure most people will be prepared for that.

I love love this hotel. If im ever going SXM, it's a no-brainer. im going back here! So clean, very comfortable. Great service, excellent location. If you are going for the festival, it's a short walk to Happy Bay. It's right next to the beach and lots of local food spots and shops. Mirror in the bathroom is good if you care about that, and the overall setup of the space looks nice and new.

We have a good stay at KoHo. It’s across the street from the beach. There is a nice quiet place in the back to have breakfast in. The new owner is nice. They are having renovations. Hot shower is good and AC is great! There is a cleaning lady every morning and they change the towels. Walking distance to restaurants. The area is safe for tourists as they have police at night. Also, they close down the street at 6pm. Will stay again.

They are building a restaurant and that caused some noise. As well, the renovation caused the front porch to be closed. Sitting on the porch and people watching was a favorite pastime.

Nice outdoor spaces. Comfy beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful.You can't beat the location. Just across from the beach. Tons of restaurants within easy walking.

Great family run charming small inn. Family very friendly and helpful. In the middle of the wonderful little town of Grand Case. There are lots of amazing French restaurants within a few blocks. Great place that is also being renovated with a restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay. It is very central to all restaurants. Cross the road and walk to alley to get to the beach. Great for independent traveller. Got key to backdoor. Staff helpful and friendly.

The garden could have been more attractive, but mosquitos would probably prevent you from spending time there in the evenings.

The hotel was better than expected as some earlier reviews have been bad/unfair. Location is very good and there is local parking for 4 cars (no extra fee). We stayed for 3 nights and did not have any mosquitos inside the room even if we were on the lower floor. Our room vas very big, clean and the bed was good as well. The common area on the ground floor was nice. Internet was good, also in our room.

Location as I was there for the Harmony festival It’s the main beach strip with plenty of bars, restaurants and beach bars Good air conditioning and quality mosquito net. Fun challenge to make the reception lady smile

the roosters were super annoying in the morning, no fault to the owner since it's the property beside it. I was very surprise to see so many houses/hotels destroy on the main street of the ocean side and abandoned after 15 years of the hurricane. The beauty of Grand Case is diminished by the lack of maintenance of the houses, so much of a contrast to high price restaurants on the street.

The owner was always very helpfull and accomodating in our request. Very close to the beach and all the restaurants on the main street. The beach is very clean and the people very friendly everywhere you go.

The location of the hotel in Grand Case was good. Availability of beaches was excellent.

The room was full of mosquitoes, I understand it’s the time of year but it was too much. They gave us a big zapper so it took us 10-15 min to get the buggers every night or whenever we came back in the room. The bed netting helped a little but we would have to be confined in there just to hang out in the room.

The location was great right across the street from the beach and walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops. Our taxi driver new immediately where it was located so it was very easy to get to. They have some beach chairs and some beach gear available which I thought was nice. Overall very cutie and quaint hotel.
