Breakfast could have more variety, breakfast service sometimes a bit slow

Valet free car service, hotel and room were spotlessly clean, amazing views from the room, friendly staff, attention to detail, complimentary water upon arrival, and a very nice restaurant right in front of the hotel.

It is not about the property itself but if you’re going to stay at the hotel during summer, you will hear the loud music coming from (i assume) some beach club and it will last until 1am or something like that. I had earplugs so I slept peacefully! (I recommend earplugs) 🤣

The view is amazing, the bed is extremely comfortable and the breakfast left me full and happy every time! Staff is very nice and soft spoken. Our room was cleaned every day which we were happy with. Beach Kamenovo is literally 20 meters from hotel and its clean and so beautiful. I recommend!!

Everything is perfect. The location is good. The excellent Kamenovo beach is nearby. The hotel itself looks brand new. The rooms and service are excellent. The restaurant is simply amazing. This is the best hotel in this area.

The breakfast needs improvement; the options are very limited. Also, there should be more focus on providing halal food.

The hotel is located right on the waterfront, offering beautiful views from its very spacious rooms. The beds are super comfortable and large, and the shower is roomy with excellent water pressure. The staff is wonderful! friendly, attentive, and helpful with everything, from valet parking at a local lot to arranging a private spa session at your preferred time. There are three restaurants on-site serving delicious Georgian cuisine. We especially loved the one by the sea, which was so good we ended up eating there three times! I highly recommend this place.

Nothing really, just a notice that in high season coming by car to the reception and parking it might become a mission impossible, affirmed by the receptionist!

Very nice little hotel tucked between other buildings right on the beach with a restaurant and garden in front of it. We took the premium room and the view of the bay from the balcony was amazing, very true to the pictures provided. The receptionist was very kind and helpful about parking the car or in front of the hotel or by a valet to their garage somewhere near by. The room was very nice, modern and immaculate when it comes to cleanliness!!! Just be aware that if the waves rise up as they did for our stay you hear them at night even with the excellent windows closed. Breakfast was a classic a la carte variety of omelettes with some bread, mini croissants nutella and jam on the side. Coffee was very good.

Breakfast was not sufficient, the options were limited and not satisfying.

The view from the room is absolutely amazing! The whole of Budva is at your feet :) And the location is great but since there are lots of restaurants near the hotel, traffic jam is the problem, if you have chance to park your car near to hotel you are lucky but even if not they have their own parking slot just 3 streets next to the hotel. The hotel staff is immediately helpful.

We stayed at Hotel Zeta in Budva from May 7th to 9th, and had an exceptional experience. We booked a Premium Room — it was spacious, impeccably clean, and furnished to a high standard. The beds were extra large, with crisp white linens that smelled fresh and felt luxurious. One of the biggest surprises was the breakfast. We were given a menu and assumed we would choose one item each, but instead, they served us everything on the menu: muesli, omelets, fresh fruit salad, vegetable salad, a generous basket of warm breads and croissants, unique spreads, and more. The hotel is located right on the seaside promenade (boardwalk), offering breathtaking views — truly a little piece of paradise. Highly recommended!
