Free parking was mentioned in the room's terms and conditions. However, it cost 3 euros per day. The room lacked a private bathroom. There were no dishes in the room. The room was not clean. The room didn't have a balcony. The furniture was broken. The room in reality was quite different from the one in the photo that we had booked.

We were glad to stay at Svetlana’s place — the house is well-kept and spotlessly clean. The room had a huge, comfortable bed with fresh linens, blackout shutters, and air conditioning, which was perfect for resting at any time of day after a long trip. The location is quiet and convenient: just a 10-minute walk to a large modern supermarket and the bus station. If you walk downhill, you reach a small beach in the bay, and from there it’s a beautiful coastal walk into the center of Tivat. The town itself is impressive — elegant waterfront, yachts, fountains, restaurants — all with the backdrop of dramatic mountains rising above the bay. What made the stay even better was the value: it felt like a privilege to enjoy such surroundings for such a modest price. Svetlana welcomed us warmly and we ended up having a long, engaging conversation. Next time we’re in Tivat, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we didn’t have enough time before our flight — otherwise, we would have happily stayed longer.

It was strategically located,just like 2 kilometers from the airport

The entire place didnt have water and spent days without shower,and the host can hardly speak any word in English

Fortunately we brought our own mosquito spray: it is a must-have!

Everything. Terrible location. The owner does not speak any English and it was a problem when there was no reservation in our name. She opened the door while we were in to tell us to close the door. One bathroom shared with the whole house (4-5 rooms). The carpet was awful and dirty. Sorry but it should not be put on booking. Standards not met.

the view was great!

the woman didn’t speak english, and had a hard time . As my booking.com booking didn’t show up on her app, and tried turning us away numerous time. It was very stressful, bit disappointing.

They should’ve had a English translator , and property isn’t cleaned properly before checking in. And they only accept cash for the payment

Although the sheets were clean, the room overall was very dirty. The carpet was full of crumbs, it seems that it had not been cleaned and vacuumed for a long time. The whole house had that smell of an on old dusty place. Moreover, there was a problem with electricity in our room so we couldn't use any of the facilities (refrigirator, AC, charge phones, or turn the lights on). The host couldn't repair it in a day, so on the second day on our stay, we decided to leave. Host agreed to return the money.

It was close to the bus station which is good for reaching Kotor and surroundings. Beach nearby, walking distance. The price of the accommodation was good, especially since so many places around Tivat are very expensive. One plus was that we felt very safe.

The main negative was that it was very dirty, dusty room with hair on the sofa in the room, sticky surfaces, dirty fridge, the common shower smelled like urine. We know the price is cheap however some more cleaning would be good. The owner doesn’t speak English which brings some misunderstandings. Just for others to be aware: upon paying we payed the tourist tax since it was included in the price on Booking. But this should be payed to the tourist agency, since you have to go and register yourself in Tivat. The host doesn’t do the registration for you. More info about this would be appreciated. Finally, the ad advertised a common kitchen and kettle, however guests are not allowed access to the kitchen and there was no kettle in our room. However some other free rooms had kettles, but when we asked for one we were not given one though. Old bed with iron springs.

It was easy to find and not far from the airport or centre.

It’s not new, so some parts of the furniture were a bit dusty

It was very close to the sea and the near beach,and Tivat was only 10min away driving with car

The room we stayed didn't have a Tv and the room smelled little bit odd and old,and had to much noise outside at night from the near by houses 'till 4 am

I ran out of that strange place

Really friendly owner lady, we felt welcomed there. Room had aircondation, comfortable bed, mini fridge and shared bathroom. Everything was clean and nice. It is really close to airport (15min walk) and bus station (4 min walk) to city center Tivat is like 20min.
