Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the balcony had a lovely view, and the bathroom was spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly, and the room had everything we needed.

Street noise a little loud

Beautiful little studio and right across the road from the water! Walking distance to everywhere in Kotor and the studio was clean and comfy!

Everything was great😊

The house is beautiful and very well insulated, so no extreme heat or noise. Everything in the house is new, from a lovely shower to even a dishwasher. The location is lovely: nice area, right in front of the beach and a very nice walk away from the old town of Kotor. Lastly, the hosts are very nice and react super fast on Booking and Whatsapp.

Don't have a very good conection at internet, all the time. There is no internet in the courtyard. I would recommend that such accommodation should have coffee or tea in the room upon arrival.

This apartment is perfect for a family or a cuple, the location is perfect, the area, near the beach, old town is just at 20 min walk from this, all the facilities . All the pictures from site is real.

Cash only payment and deposit. Poor internet. Shower soaking floor of bathroom. No shops open on Sunday, would be good to have option to have a few basics provided for Sunday arrivals.

The internet connection could be better

The room was spacious and well appointed. The apartment building is barely a few meters from the beautiful sea, with a nice beach bar/restaurant on the other side of the road for coffees, beers, breakfast, larger meals etc. We also took a boat tour form here which was very enjoyable. The hob and cooking facilities were also appreciated.

We loved everything.

VerDi is a hidden gem, if you found it, you are in luck. The location was the best, views are from fairytale, and hosts are really kind and supportive. Definitely recommended.

Owners asked us to pay in cash - due to ATM fees in Montenegro and card withdrawal limits this meant that the property cost us €15 more than advertised. We chose this property as there’s parking advertised on the listing but it’s just free public parking so hard to find a space. It would be good to reserve spaces for VerDi customers.

Small but well equipped studio apartment. Owners were responsive on WhatsApp when needed. Lovely location steps away from a ‘beach’ and a pleasant walk to Kotor old town with many sea-side restaurants on the way.

Some tea/milk upon arrival would have been a nice touch. We had to buy soft mats to sit on as the sun loungers were expensive to rent/not set up at the beach - it might be nice if the property had loungers or mats and an umbrella for people to use.

We liked how comfortable the room was, it was beautiful decorated and a great use of space. We loved the courtyard and being steps away from the water. Great distance to the town and lovely restaurants nearby!

The place was clean, exceptionally well-located, and the facilities were new. The hostess was always available, and willing to meet our needs.

Since we didn’t spend much time in the room, we didn’t mind that it was on the ground floor and lacked a proper view. However, the only and most significant downside was the bathroom. The shower area was open, and the floor was not sloped properly toward the drain, so the bathroom floor stayed wet for a long time after each use.

The room was modern and well-furnished. Its location was excellent—just a 15–20 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, allowing us to completely avoid traffic. The seaside walk was lovely, with beautiful views, pleasant restaurants and cafes, and a relaxing atmosphere. Parking was also hassle-free, with plenty of spaces available nearby. Having both a washing machine and a dishwasher in the room was definitely a bonus.

Our stay was lovely! Apartment was very cosy and clean and location is a treasure, in the heart of Dobrota village near the Kotor. Owners are very kind and helpful! I recommend it and hope to come back ⭐

Would be nice if they had some toiletries (e.g. toothbrushes and tooth paste). Gets a bit loud as itson the main street in the evening/morning, but at night it's very quiet. A few more pillows on the bed would be another plus.

Amazing location, a fantastic cafe and bar straight accross with sunbeds and a great beach. Many great restaurants closeby, beautiful scenery. We loved that our room was right on the street, very local vibes. The couple looking after the place are lovely. A gem of a place!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Kotor. The Dobtota side of the city is calm, with a lot of very nice restaurants at the seaside. The appartment was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you Vera and Dimitry for the lovely stay!
