We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RussiaNo accommodation options with breakfast included in the price - not critical, considering that Zabljak is 10 minutes by car, one of the days we got out to try breakfast in local cafes. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but at the same time there are no mosquito nets on the windows. You need at least one of these things. Our double room had two single beds pushed together rather than one double bed. Not very comfortable, but if you come back to the room only to sleep (as we did after hiking), it is not crucial. Much more upset the mattress, it is not super soft (thank Gods), but at the same time its hardness, if I'm not mistaken is achieved due to the springs. It's subjective, but we are used to a little different :) From small details - no "classic" cosmetic sets in the bathroom and slippers.
Great staff. Very clean room and in general the whole hotel. Parking for cars in front of the hotel. Good kitchen, serves breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts cost us 10 euros per person. Dinner for two, without alcohol - 35 euros. Great for short stays of a couple days. Some things to work on but overall a solid 4 out of 5 points.

IsraelWe had some bugs that kept coming in the room but it wasn’t a big issue. The rooms are very basic - again not a problem, the rooms are nice, but basic.
Amazing host!! Helpful, nice, kind. We couldn’t be more grateful. It felt like home there. Amazing restaurant!!! We enjoyed the food and the good vibes. A new place. Very clean. We would recommend. And we’ll come back

GermanyYou can hear everything through the walls. We had luck, as we had pretty quiet neighbours. But one day there was a family with a baby next to us. :/
The Hotel is very well situated. The host and the staff is super nice and helpful. If you have any special requests, don't hesitate to ask! Zabljiak is pretty touristic. So if you prefer a quite and lonely place to stay, this is it! There are various animals, like chickens, very nice dogs and cows walking around. its so idyllic!

PolandThere were five rooms available on Booking, so we reserved one and arrived 30 minutes later. However, the lady at the front desk seemed confused and told us there were no rooms available, and that she needed to contact the owner. When he arrived, he told us we would get a room in 30 minutes because it still needed to be cleaned. We ended up waiting for an hour and were given a different room than the one we had booked. When we pointed this out, he told us we should be grateful we got a room at all, refused to offer any discount, and said we were free to leave if we didn’t like it.

Fantastic hotel, 100% would recommend. This hotel was perfect in a lovely village with great views. The owner was such a lovely guy, nothing was too much trouble. He gave us amazing tips on what to do in the area and was generally just a really nice, genuine man. The restaurant was fabulous as well for dinner and breakfast. The food was amazing, the staff incredibly friendly and it was very well priced. Also the restaurant has a fabulous view. When we come back to this area, we are definitely staying here.

It's an amazing place led by very kind and helpfull owner! If You are looking for a peacefull place to stay this shoul be Your direction! It's also a greate startinf point for hiking and road trips around Durmitor! I really recommend it! Also, You can buy a very tasty breakfast for 8 eur and a dinner, wine in the evening :)

The hotel Resturant was excellent, we eat breakfast and dinner, the food was fresh and tasty. The location was perfect, close to all point of interest. The hotel is clean and Cousy , the rooms were big and comfortable. The View was amazing, peaceful and green. We had the best time and we will come back for sure!

I haven't met a friendlier and more helpful staff in my life, they gave very detailed help for us with our hikes and activities. The cherry on top is the restaurant that offers great food for good prices from local produce. It is really a beautiful and high quality family business.
