I recently stayed at this beautiful villa and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property is spotless, spacious, and tastefully furnished, with every detail carefully thought out for comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living spaces were bright and welcoming. The location is perfect — peaceful and private, yet close enough to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The outdoor area was a highlight: a well-maintained garden, a lovely terrace for morning coffee, and a pool that was always clean and inviting. Our host Tamara was exceptional — friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring about our comfort. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions we had were answered promptly. This villa truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay, and I can’t wait to return!

You do need a car to get here, but you can walk to the Jaz beach.

The view from our room was gorgeous and our hosts were super nice. Very homey vibe. Highly recommend this place for a shorter stay, especially if you don’t want to stay in Budva city but want a little quiet but still with only a 5-10 min drive to the city. We really loved it and wish we had had more than one night here.

Pros: The views are just like the pictures ❤️❤️ Tamara- just the most amazing host.❤️ When our taxi didn't arrive for a trip, she drove us to the meeting point at 5.30am - within minutes of us texting her. Cannot thank her enough!! The location is quiet and we had no noisy neighbours during a 2 week stay. Staff are helpful and speak good english The rooms were cleaned daily and towels and linen replaced often. The walk to the beach is interesting, but I recommend it. If you don't like walking, definitely budget for taxis or hire a car. This part of budva and the beaches, in my opinion, are far better than in Budva itself. is the best. Cons: The room was smaller than we expected and cooking is a challenge in a small space. But we got used to it. We had no indoor table for eating, which was only really a problem if you have a stormy day (which we did). The kettle was very noisy and we felt we would wake up the neighbours, using it. It's a fair walk to eat in estaurants and the choice is fairly limited nearby - Kiki on jaz, is pretty good, and Jedro for snacks. Not a fault of the apartment, but at the bottom of the mountain that the apartment is on, there's a very busy road that you have to cross to get to the nearest restaurant and beach. No plugs in sinks for hand washing swimwear Silicon around the shower needs redoing. Didnt look great and shower leaked onto the floor

Shower head in room 2 didn't stay on the wall and the position of shower curtain meant half the bathroom got soaked from the shower.

The host Tamara was very welcoming and helpful. Gorgeous views (though we weren't lucky enough to get room 4, with the double aspect view). Nice quiet location and only a short drive to Budva.

Location is a bit tricky if you don’t have a car. We used taxi to travel around. But the owner Tamara- gave us a good taxi recommendation which we used a lot in all our travels in Budva and going back and forth to Kotor. We also noticed that there’s a-lot of construction activities in the area.

The property has the best view ever. The owner Tamara was very responsive to all the queries that we had. She even gave us a good recommendations for food and spots to go to. Neighbour is lovely as well, he helped us out in finding the place as we didn’t have any internet on our first day. The apartment is quiet and has a lovely sunrise and sunset view.

The towels are very old. For 3 days, they gave us half a roll of toilet paper and never took the garbbage. In the kitchen there was no kettle for hot water.
