The only downside is the rather noisy road below the windows, which can make it hard to sleep. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Thank you!

An excellent villa! The hosts are very welcoming and speak English, Russian and Ukrainian. We stayed in a spacious room with a large bed and a sofa bed. It had everything we needed: a toilet, hot shower, small kitchen with stove and utensils, and a mini-fridge. There was also access to a shared balcony with two other rooms on the same floor, offering a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea. Everything was very clean and tidy. There are three beaches within walking distance of the villa, each with a different atmosphere. The closest, Lucice, is about a 15-minute walk away. The sea there is very clear, with schools of small fish. A supermarket is also about 15 minutes away, and further in Petrovac (around a 25-minute walk) there’s a market where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil, and the local dried meat, psut.

You are up a digital detox, there is very very very (I mean it) limited access to internet We didn’t get a chance to try famous Vadim’s breakfast (which is for the record better than the one in Monaco)

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Villa Blanca in Petrovac. Big thanks to our kind and hospitable hosts, Vitaliy and Alexandra, and to Ksenia who welcomed us on arrival. We truly felt like valued guests at this charming villa. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen (except for a washing machine). There is also access to a lovely inner courtyard. The location is peaceful and offers a beautiful mountain view. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to get to Lucice Beach — the walk is manageable even with school-age children. Shops, a market, restaurants, and cafés are about 30 minutes away on foot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the warm welcome. Highly recommended!

Host wanted to keep my passport overnight to check me in. I insisted it would be better to do at night or first thing in the morning. She offered to keep my passport save many times in her room but I reminded her that I would like keep my own passport. The host twice tried to enter the room while I was changing. I screamed "No!" "1 minute!" but she wanted to open the door to leave things under the curtain without knocking. Eventually I reminded her that she must KNOCK and WAIT before opening the door. The host wanted to explain in detail how EVERYTHING works including shower, door, locks, kettle, and water heater. It was a nice gesture but I explained it was late and I understood and we could review some of the instructions the next day. First night there was more than 100 flying ants the room. I guess they had been attracted the light and the open door. It was not an issue afterwards becuase I always kept the door closed.

Nice STEEP path to the Luchice beach if you don't want to go directly on the road to Petrovac. I like hiking so I enjoyed the hike but it's quite a steep 6 minute climb. (wild berries may be ready in August). Or a less steep road longer path to Petrovac town. Simple kitchenette. Easy parking. (Check road/directions carefully if arriving from the south and using Google Maps). Host was very helpful in informing me that an upcoming 3 day holiday would close the super markets so I should do my shopping prior to arrival. Drying rack was easy to use for swimsuits and towels. Host's son gave their own personal wifi password eventual after the guest Wifi was not working. Wifi is still a small issue so don't expect videos. The balcony has a slightly better connection (but you may have mosquitos and flying ants in the evening) Neutral: Perhaps request the refrigerator on ahead of time if you plan to bring cold items.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Blanca and are very grateful to our wonderful hosts, who were always approachable, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. We stayed in a large, comfortable apartment that was perfectly equipped with everything one could possibly need, making us feel completely at home. The entire place was spotlessly clean and clearly very well maintained. The location is excellent — only a 10-minute walk to Lučica Beach, and within a short drive you can easily reach many other beautiful beaches such as Buljarica, Perazića Do, Drobni Pijesak, Sveti Stefan, Miločer, and Kraljičina Plaža. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily come back again.
