How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The only issue was that the parking lot is very small and there are not enough spaces for every guest, especially those without reservation. Hopefully we had reservation and everything was perfect.
Amazing facilities, great location, kind host and good balcony view.

amazing property, so clean and pristine , check in was smooth and easy & staff were lovely- location was about a 20ish minute walk to the old town and 5mins to the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants near by

Spotlessly clean accommodation. Late check-out was allowed without extra charge. The host was extremely kind and responsive. Fresh towels and room cleaning were provided after two days. Highly recommended!

Using a tissue clogs the WC.
Host was fast to respond to messages and fix problems. Decent room with balcony. It has lots of restaurants around it and not too far from the major attractions.

Nothing really, just the fact that the 2-guest room did not have a small kitchen, but still we had access to the other bigger room so it was okay.
Good location, balcony and kitchen in one of our two rooms, provision of shower gel and towels, generally clean.

I wish there was a microwave.
The property is very close to restaurants, supershops and the sea beach. There was locker to keep valuables. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Nice place for our stay in Budva. The keys were in the door ready to collect, great location close to the beach and lots of shops nearby. Good facilities and wifi, rooms matched the photos and worth the price!

Parking a bit inconvenient due to insufficient space.
Properlty equipped studio with a large terrace overlooking an olive grove. The hosts were very prompt in resolving any problems that arose.

Great comfy bed, clean and supplied room. You will have everything you need like iron, hairdryer, kettle.. Kitchen is shared. Host is very kind and hospitable! Great places nearby to eat and get groceries. About 10 minute walk from the beach. 20 minute walk to city center, cabs to the center go from 5 to 10€.

It had everything. Little fridge and kettle were provided. There was a hair dryer in the room and an ironing board and iron in the corridor. The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked fine. The WiFi signal was great.

There was nothing i didnt like, i come here often so i will come here from now on because there is no problems no nothing ! 10 stars
I have travelled to alot of places but THIS was just wonderful. Wonderful stuff who are so kind and polite, everything was clean, smelled good, fantastic private balcony, close to the mainstreet and beach is 10 min away by walking, i had all access to make my own food and had my own fridge. They made me feel very welcome and at home!

Comfortable Clean Close to shops, bakery, bars Walkable distance to beach, shopping centre. Old Town Good value Friendly and helpful staff Great AC Kindly arranged for a driver to bring us to train station in Bar as buses would not get us their on time.

Towels are quite hard and kitchen ware is limited, but these are minor points. Overall we had an extremely good experience and it met our needs perfectly.
The staff were extremely patient and accommodating - we arrived quite late and left very early. Balcony is lovely, beds are comfortable and we found it very easily. AC is excellent. Bakery and shops close by. Very enjoyable few days and great base to explore Budva.
