I am in love with this hotel. We had great view from the room overlooking the Kotor bay. We’ve got big breakfast selection and enjoyed it literally by the water. The property is clean and nice and the personale is very welcoming. Truly dreamy holidays

    Good location, beautiful view.

Beds are uncomfortable and noisy, no private space you can hear everything.

As a solo traveler the room was perfect w one twin bed. I loved the peephole w the view of the bay. It’s small but worked well w one suitcase.

Be aware the shower opening is rather small due to the counter. Also, no elevator (luckily the bellman assisted).

The location is right in the middle of Perast beach, which was great. Our room had a beautiful sea view, it was big and comfortable, very clean. The staff was friendly.

Parking is a big mess in this area and the hotel didn't send any explanation before our arrival (you can't enter the area with a car, you have to park outside and then they send a cart to pick you up). We were told to leave the car in a certain spot, only to find out we got a 120 euro ticket! The hotel didn't take any responsibility even though they told us it was ok). During our stay we didn't have hot water and it wasn't solved by the time we left.

Nice property, amazing location. The staff members especially the recpetionist, Mina and Vasiliyer were very kind and helpful. I loved the breakfast spread. They offered a free gold cart ride to the bus stop

The bathroom was super tiny, there was a wooden mat in the shower stall and tilted to one side everytime you stepped on it, which was risky as you could fall easily. The room didn't have enough plug points (just one) and you needed to move the kettle to the floor to use it.

Location was perfect for our stay. The staff was very lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed the room and breakfast with a view. We didn't regret staying there instead of Kotor. The Hotel is really well located within the town and it is easy to walk everywhere, enjoy a view on Our Lady of the Rock.

Access is not very practical. There are no parking on site. You have to park at the entrance of the town but it is very limited and can be crowded. On the South parking all the spots are "privatised" by another Hotel and their staff are super rude and will shout at out if you try to park somewhere. On the north parking it is all booked by boat tour people. We stayed patient and waited for someone to leave in order to park overnight. You have to call the hotel who then meet you at the city entrance gate with a golf cart and drive you to the hotel.

I was sick, asked for a bigger room, immediately upgraded me with no charge. we also left early before breakfast, they had bags with food in them and escorted us to the car. Amazing service, specially Adrianna at the front desk helped us with everything!

    Location and staff

Room views shows on smelly allies. Smelled like fish all the time. Was not the cleanest rooms. Definitely avoid the attic ones
