If you (like us) enjoy to combine access to a busy sea-resort with plenty little shops and restaurants close-by with the quiet setup of a lovely family-run guesthouse that provides you with direct access to the sea (via ladder, no beach) as well as a clean, little pool to refresh yourself, then look no further. Sutomore is a busy place in summer season but the apartment is - while in walking distance to the large sandy beach area with lots of entertainment options and eateries - far enough to not being bothered by the club noise that you will face when booking in the center. You won't find another place with a host as accommodating and helpful as Marko. He leaves no questions unanswered and does everything to make the stay of his guests as comfortable as possible.

We had to go home and couldn’t stay longer :(.

A truly magical experience. We had apartment with ocean view and a huge balcony. Every sunset was breathtaking. In just a few steps you are at a private beach. There were sun beds and umbrellas for us to use for free. There was air conditioning in every bedroom and living room. Two separate bathrooms. Nicely equipped, we didn’t miss anything. The parting sports were a bit tight but the owner was nice enough to park it for us. For an evening walk there is plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately we had really bad weather so we had to leave earlier than planned. But the host managed everything perfectly and gave us a little discount for leaving earlier.

It’s a a great place, if you want to have a calm and relaxing vacation. Apartments located in the quiet area , but still in walking distance to restaurants and 2 small local markets. We had a big apartments with terrace with the sea view. Very friendly staff , pet allowed, which is great ( tip: there no side walks on streets, but from the apartments to the right on the road, we found public beach ( you will find stairs to it near paring), where no one was in the morning and we could play with dog off leash)

Bad wi-fi connection - if you plan to work - high chances you won't be able to. Quiet hours are really QUIET - means the whole villa is locked from 23 to 8 - if you wanna get out late or early - you won't be able to.

Owner met us at the train station and give us a ride back on check out day - free of charge. Private beach with sun beds and pool. Great sea view.

The water after cooking in the kettle had an awful taste (probably because of the chemicals they used to descale it)

A perfect stay. I will definitely go back if I ever visit Montenegro again. Private beach access, parking space, big balcony with the sea view, very clean. The communication with the owner via booking was really good, he answered all the questions really quickly and was very helpful. I wish we could stay longer in this place.

We had the pleasure of staying at Vila Fortuna in May 2023, and we must say that it exceeded all our expectations. We were absolutely thrilled with our holiday experience. Marco and his mother Mira went above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere during our entire stay. The studio rooms were not only brand new but also impeccably clean and elegantly designed. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Moreover, Marco kindly offered to drive us to the train station, which was incredibly helpful and convenient. The level of cleanliness and tidiness both inside the house and throughout the entire property was remarkable. It is evident that great care and attention to detail are given to maintaining the highest standards. Our experience was so exceptional that we have already made plans to return to Vila Fortuna in June, this time with our friends. We can confidently say that it deserves a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations and even surpassed what was shown in the photos. If you're looking for a delightful and comfortable place to stay, Vila Fortuna is the perfect choice.
