Everything was perfect!! Verica and everyone there made sure that we didn't lack anything and that we felt comfortable. I've never had a host so caring for us, she was willing to help us, and always smiling. We've talked quite a lot and the language barrier didn't prevent us from communicating and bonding really fast. The location was great as well, close to Durmitor National Park (30mn by foot), right in the center of Zabljak. We would definitely recommend staying there :)

Excellent location and very good value for money. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom is clean and modern. The owner was friendly and helpful. There is a shared fridge and also a kettle in the room and basic bowls, cups and spoons.

Lovely family, great value! Great to have a fridge and a kettle plus some plates/cutlery so you can really get by without a full kitchen. Good location close to the bus station and a 30min walk to the National park entrance.

One day I went to use the bathroom and saw the toilet paper roll was almost empty, with no replacement rolls to be seen. Had I needed more toilet paper at that moment I would've been in trouble. The next day, additional rolls were present again without me needing to bring it up. For some reason an ugly warehouse building down the street still had power anyway during the power outage and was light polluting the sky with its ugly neon lights.

The hosts don't speak English that well but that's fine because they speak hospitality and kindness and know how to use Google Translate. There was a power outage across town when we arrived which was great as it allowed for a lovely look at the night sky without all the street lighting and produced a great vibe around town. The power came back right at the moment we needed it (to charge our phones overnight), and did not go out again after that. Minimum requirements, like cleanliness, safety, basic amenities all met with flying colors! The guy helped carry our suitcases up the stairs. The room just has two separate beds and a coffee machine, with a shared fridge in the hallway and a bathroom. So you're not paying for additional nonsense like a TV you're not going to watch anyway. The picnic table at the terrace outside was really nice to sit at. Rooms are spacious, private, and the beds were comfortable and separate. Superb price.

- the owner doesn't really speak English which can be a problem if you have a request or a question, her daughter can help tough - cigarette smoke coming from below the rooms, where the family lives can be a negative

- the owner and her family are really nice and helpful (we had a problem with our car and they helped us find a mechanic that day) - bathroom is shared but clean and renovated - entrance of the National Park is 30 min. away on foot, bakery 5 min, grocery store 10-15 min. - shared refrigerator and a kettle is provided

Some other guests were loud in the late night and altough our complaint they kept screaming until they went to sleep but it's fine, unrespectful people are everywhere and it should not affect the very good service provided by this Hotel.

Everything was perfect. At our arrival we could park the car that we rented just in front of the house. The young lady speaks very good english and helped us a lot answering to all the questions. The room is just 15-20 minutes on foot from the main entrance of the Durmitor National Park and it was cozy and clean. The shared toilet was also ok. There is also a very sweet dog belonging to the neighboroud which wants a lot of cuddles and makes your mood better 🙂
