Some details. Excellent room, but in bathroom it was to hot and there was no hangers. On balcony also was no hangers for wet clothes. The biggest minus - on breakfast some dishes like eggs were cold. There were no warmers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The pool was fantastic for the kids, providing hours of fun. Our room was clean, good size for our family. The location was ideal if you have a car. However, a shuttle service would be a great addition for those without a car. The breakfast was good, offering a wide variety of options. Highly recommend this hotel for families!

Breakfast was really nice, we didn't end up eating the cereal we took with us as we ate the buffet breakfast and use the hotel restaurant throughout our stay. Also, appreciated the host for making arrangement with the team to pack our breakfast on departure day due to early flight.

the score it should be 10 but we receive a room where the previous people smoke a lot and it has smells of cigarettes. For a non smoker it's a bit weird to sleep in a smoker room.

Some finishes to be expected

We really enjoy our stay. We were alone is this hotel. The room is so large and comfortable. And specifically for us, they prepared a amazing breakfast so delicious and homemade stuffs. We recommend actually this place

The restaurant is Halal, so they do not sell alcohol. We knew this at the time of booking, but we hoped that we would still be able to drink beer. The left side of the pool belongs to the rooms there, but this is not singposted. During our stay there, we had only these two minor inconveniences.

The staff is professional, kind and courteous, they speak English very well. The hotel is modern, stylish and clean. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection.

Disappointing Stay - No AC and No Willingness to Help I'm really disappointed with our experience at Trio Hotel in Ulcinj. The room had no working air conditioning during a very hot period, which made it extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. We reported the issue immediately, and each time we were told that a technician would be coming - but no one ever showed up. Despite multiple complaints, the staff did not offer to move us to another room or provide any real solution. Their lack of concern and unwillingness to accommodate us was very frustrating. This is not the level of service one expects from a hotel, especially during peak season when comfort should be a priority. I would not recommend staying here unless you're okay with poor service and no air conditioning in the summer heat.also no the pool was not inspected or cleaned. My daughter got sick with nausea for the pool water. There was no phone in the room for any service.

air conditioner its not work good its like fan , not enough staff , breakfast was good but they bring their breakfast menu on table just last day was open buffet, too expensive for the service they provide

Location, a bit far from all. Also, we didn’t have warm water one day and couldn’t shower. Unfortunately no discount for that. Very friendly staff but still unprofessional.
