KITCHEN STAFF ( INTERNAL CONFLICT) COLD WATER IN THE POOLS ( VERY VERY VERY COLD).

STAFF, ORGANIZATION. WE CAME EARLIER THAN EXPECTED AND THEY CAME FOWARD WITH THEIR HOSPITALITY. INTERNET WAS VERY GOOD IN ALL FASCILITYS.

Pool area service was basically non-existent.

Breakfast was great and varied, and the swimming pool was great for swimming. It was awesome that the gym was open 24 h, but I wish that all equipment was plugged in. All staff was wonderful with the exception of most of the bar area staff, which was not very proactive nor active.

Price for private parking. I understand that the hotel wants as much income as possible. But for the extra resort feeling, the private parking could have been cheaper.

Good breakfast, nice pool area with good service. One day the cleaning was half done, we contacted the reception and for the rest of our visit the cleaning was excellent. I must say that the reception office manager Rafa is possibly the best service minded man I´ve ever met. He took care of us in a very proffessional way, listened to our needs and helped us throughout the visit, and even after the visit. We had some problems with booking refund, but Rafa made sure it went very smooth, one week after we left the hotel.

TV wasn’t a smart TV so no streaming applications easily available. Bath door was small so lots of water goes outside when showering, meant we had to use towels to mop up some of the water after showering.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Facilities were always clean and spacious so didn’t ever feel busy. Breakfast buffet was good with a make your own waffle section! Had room service meals twice and food was good too. Path from hotel to beach was a set of steps which was easy to find. Parking on site and easy to use. Loved having the option of the indoor and outdoor pool space!

I messaged before we arrived to ask about their birthday options. I was having a conversation with someone via web chat and then they never responded to any further queries, so ended up having to sort something myself in Budva. I also replied to their message about how we were finding the stay, and explained it was fine apart from the garden pool having lots of empty glasses which hadn't been cleared away. Never received a message back from them about anything, which is a shame as apart from this the stay was great.

The hotel was very modern with nice rooms. The staff were friendly and there was a good atmosphere. It was also very close to the beach.

They didn’t have British adapter which was a struggle for us They could have just had it incase people came in from Britain and needed one We had to go outside as far as budva to find

Ohh it was a lovely experience The staffs are so welcoming especially the ones by the breakfast Breakfast was good The pool ohh loved it And I’m happy they changed my room after I complained that the water wasn’t flowing. Oh yes , there are many shops/ market outside the hotels were you could get stuffs . The hotel also gave me an extra 1 hour when I told the my flight was till 8pm . Lovely I would say

Bathroom and shower cubicle were a bit cramped. No English t.v channels….unusual for a 4 star hotel. The hot breakfast buffet was never very hot?

Great size bedroom and balcony with very comfy bed. Very friendly staff everywhere but especially the girls on reception. Superb indoor and outdoor pool and spa.

Good location. Near is the beach with a lot of good cafes and restaurants. Good breakfast. The room had everything you needed. The staff was friendly. View from the balcony was beautiful.

During dinner, no one informed us that the wine was not included, and we had to pay extra for a few glasses. This should be clearly communicated in advance so guests can plan their budget accordingly. The room had some cracks that were patched but still visible — it would benefit from some cosmetic renovation. The shower doors didn’t close completely, which caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor.

The hotel pleasantly surprised us with its great location and large size. The interior details were interesting and tasteful. We loved the sea view from our room. It was very convenient that there were available rooms and we checked in immediately upon arrival. Free parking was a big advantage, especially in Budva where it's hard to find a place to park. The food was delicious, with a varied buffet breakfast included. We also ordered dinner, and we especially liked the fish.

The hotel view unfortunately is blocked by other buildings and you are looking to the road.

The hotel has a very good design and atmosphere. The pool is really big and everyone is able to use it without disturbing any other. Also, the food was delicious.

The beach near the hotel was good, but it’s better to use it in the morning when it’s less busy. The water could have been cleaner, though. The hotel provided sunbeds and umbrellas in their designated area. However, it would have been great to be informed about this at check-in. It would also help to have a sign marking this dedicated area so people know where to settle. Breakfast was good, especially the selection of pastries to my taste. They had a few options for gluten intolerant guests. It might be worth adding a little more variety to the menu to change it up from day to day. I love having fermented dairy products there. We were lucky to get enormous ensuite room, so can't complain really. There cleaning service was quite good. If I had some issues they resolve it quickly. The staff was friendly. Though I had some miscommunications with silver of three members due to me not speaking their language and some of them not speaking English. I must mention there was one problem: the balcony door, once you shut it close behind you can't get in unless someone helps you from inside. That was a real issue for me because I was on holiday with my little son, just two of us. Unfortunately, it happened to me twice during my stay that I carelessly stepped out on the balcony while my son was sleeping and automatically shut the door behind me. Thankfully it was the first floor and I called people to help me to call a staff member to enter my room and help me out. Maybe it's just me, I can day dream sometimes. It was fine after that, I got used to this "feature"🤭. Otherwise, everything was amazing: the swimming pools, the spa, the massage, the food in the restaurant (they a very good and friendl chief), the food in the bar.

Prices of food and drinks have been quite high and up till now most expensive place we have stayed at. Food from pool bar was not that good and it took quite a long time until it arrived.

Good breakfast, good pool area, really good and professional staff and good accommodation. Really really good WIFI and that also has wifi at the beach, that was perfect and never before we experienced that good connection.

I don't like the fact that pool closed at 7pm and breakfast finishes at 10:30am.. breakfast should be open until 11:30am make more sense

Hotel is so clean. You access everyting in this hotel. Their pool is very wide and clean. The breakfast is so rich, you can find any food for speacil consuming. The view is amazing. If I come back Budva, there is no doubt to come back Eurostars.

Housekeeping service need to do a better cleaning in the rooms, dust was still there shampoo and shower gel wasn’t refilled, our safety box wasn’t working since 1st day we stay 1 week and no one bothered themself to fix it// we also had several issues with AC it was stopping to work and no one even apologized for this.

Location is good, swimming pools are great room and view is very nice
