It was the safest and cleanest place I've stayed in Budva. The staff is very friendly and will solve any problems you may have. I definitely recommend staying here.

It was clean and the host was really friendly.

Well located close to restaurants and grocery markets. It’s also 15mins walk from the Old Town tourist area and 15mins walk to bus terminal.

Absolutely wonderful stay in Budva! The host was very friendly and incredibly helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, including excellent air conditioning and all basic amenities. The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Love the staff, both ladies were extremely friendly, helpful and happy. The location was in a nice, friendly, quiet street away from the chaos. The area is very central and about 25 min walk to old town. We didn't get to use the gym downstairs, but there's loads of equipment.

The beds weren't very comfortable. Separate bed sheets for single beds used for doubles. Atircon temperature light was extremely bright so at night was abit hard to sleep.

The location it’s very nice, really close to the beach. Very clean, amazing rooms.

The host is amazing, really nice and helpful, very sweet personality. The rooms were always cleaned and they are very spacious. I loved the fact that it looks like in the pictures. And that the reviews reflect the hospitality. We had great time and we really hope to return to the same accommodation.

Bathroom smelled like smoke, room was old and not too clean

The location was close to the beaches. It'll take 10-15 mins to the old town. Our room was clean and the hosts were nice people.

A Very cosy house. Nice owner lady, clean towels every day. Food stores nearby!

Pillows!!! Not a soundproof!

The owner was so nice person. She met me right on patio at front door. She very cared about my tired legs and gave me some support. I loved to be there. There was clean and cozy place, and quiet. Definitely I recommend this mini hotel to everyone.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. Ronja, our host, was exceptionally kind and helpful, always available to assist with any questions or needs we had during our visit.

it’s suitable for a short stay, like a night or two

The owner was lovely and couldn’t be more accommodating. They sorted out noisy guests straight away and any problems we had they sorted everything right away! Couldnt fault them.

The place was a little tired. All of the bedding was yellow as well as the pillows which also had flowers on with yellow curtains too. My personal preference is always white bedding. The bed was then covered in a white cover thing which had marks on it. The air conditioning worked but it is right next to your head so quite uncomfortable during the night. Sometimes the hot water only worked if we switched the tap on? Around half an hour walk from the old town which is quite a distance but around a 15 minute walk from the beach which was fine.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is close enough to supermarkets, bakery etc, it’s around 15 min walk to the beach and 30 mins to the old town.

The property is quite old and perhaps could do with a decoration update, but it’s kind of part of the charm :)

The apartments are located very close to the beach and city and we loved how easy and well the communication with Ronja went.
