The owners partner who was there when we arrived couldn’t speak a word of English and put us in the wrong room, after an hour he had to move us to a different room. The house is tiny with a single bathroom for three rooms including the owner, so it is filled with all their belongings. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from the center. It was extremely hard to find the house.

Location was good - friendly host

You are very much in a family home - all sharing same bathroom and was a bit noisy in the house. Beds were fold out beds so are very basic. For one night it is okay but very simple.

The owners were very nice and let us check in before than usual time.

Very close to the centre so the location is convenient and the neighbourhood is quiet. Ana was always very kind and provided information every time I needed.I recommend this place.

It was hot and the AC system was a bit loud at night but it was not too bad...

Close to Harbour area. Air conditioned Pleasant and very helpful host.

Lack of public transport between Harbour area and airport/ bus depot.

The house manager is a wonderful woman!!! She gave a lot of helpful advice, and her care for the guests was evident. She provided us with a beach blanket and sunscreen. Very talkative and a truly amazing woman!

but we did not expect that we will have a room in a house, where lives a great family, therefore, there was kids shouting and vacum cleaning when we were trying to take a nap, and TV watching at night when we tried to sleep.

Not anything to diss like

I had a very pleasant stay. Felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. Their hospitality is beyond great, and the place is nice and clean. Good location: quiet and friendly neighborhood, walkable distance.

The location is good. The room has a window and an air conditioning unit.

The property listing says the room has two beds. That's not exactly true. The room has two chair-beds. In the extended position, the chairs have gaps right in the middle, which makes the sleeping experience just unbelievably awful and painful for the back. The bathtub is tiny. It's very inconvenient to take a shower in it. And you wouldn't take an actual bath because it's shared. The address was specified incorrectly in the booking, and I had an extremely hard time finding the property. Some random locals helped out finding it after some time. If you come by car, you might have to park somewhere else away from the property. There probably wouldn't be enough space for a car there. A was barely able to fit a bike. EDIT: I originally wrote here that the owners were really nice and friendly and left a much higher review score, but after publishing this review, the owners: 1. Attempted a fraud by telling BOOKING.COM that I didn't stay there and didn't pay for the stay. 2. Sent me absolutely inappropriate, insulting, and disgusting private messages on Viber.

I slept soooo well. It’s a home stay and the space is so peaceful. The family so kind. The location was up in the hills, away from the touristy chaos but close enough you could walk there. Highly recommended!

Nice hosts

Sharing apartment with a family. Not a major issue, but was unaware based on listing. Super nice family!

Our host, Ana, is just the most brilliant woman ever! She was super responsive on WhatsApp and helped us through our transport challenges between Tivat and Kotor. The room was immaculately clean, same for the bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable. We only spent one night here, but we loved its conveniency and how close it was to the downtown.

We did not really liked that we had to share the bathroom with other guests. There was only one bathroom in the house, and everyone used that.
