The shared bathroom was uncomfortable to use due to the low ceiling in an angle. And I'm rather a short person. Quite a steep climb to get to the house which was challenging with heavy bags.

The owner is very kind - he let me hang around after check out to wait for my bus with no issues at all. Room was clean and comfortable, it has a kettle and a small fridge in it which was helpful. There was a fan which was enough for me. Nice big and well equipped kitchen downstairs plus sitting area. Location is very good, close to everything. Clear instuctions given before check in to find the place

The room is simple but charming, and there's a small patio for outdoor dining. The owner was very kind, allowing us to park our car in his courtyard for a few hours after checkout. I recommend the products he sells from his olive trees. Highly recommended.

The apartment was clean and confteroble as in discretion the location is solid about a kilometar from Ulcinj "smal beach"and in the center ov old Town Ulcinj I would definitely recommend for anyone viziting Ulcinj for vacations aspecialy if you want to stay in the old part ov the sity 👌

Frindly home owners with good English. They helped me with all requests. The location is brilliant and offers private parking. Central bakery, shops and the market are very close and it is close to Small Beach. The house is a walking distance to the forests and beaches in Pinjes. The house is in a quiet street. I loved buying some olive wood jewelry directly from the owners, who make them handmade. The lady of the house is a very skilled professional dress maker. We will be back.

The street leading to the house was quite narrow, but still possible to drive to the house. Secure private parking on site. Since it was a hot night, an air conditioner would have been good to have.

The family and staff were friendly and extremely helpful with all our requests and needs. I needed extra bedding, they sorted out everything within minutes. We had a room with our own bathroom. They are available to help and someone on site all the time. I love the garden space. Also, parking included and location is very central, but close to the beaches. Very quiet area, too! Thank you for your hospitality. The father does wood carving from olive tree wood and they have a small beautiful shop in their hall. Me and my son love their creations :) we will be back

The rooms are located uphill. So, you have to climb 70-80 meters to reach here. Otherwise, a great location- totally value for money.

The apartment is located very close to the old town (Stari Grad) of Ulcinj. So, you have nice restaurants, the Aquarius White Beach, Ladies Beach, and the Small Beach (Mala Ulcinjska Beach) within a 1-2 km radius. The host was very friendly and accommodating. She even upgraded my room without charging any fees. I liked the bougainvillea, the grapes, and the kiwi vines in the courtyard.

Great location - 2 minutes down the street and this is the center of town. Further 7-8 minutes - and it is the beach. Close to all sorts of shops, cafes , restaurants. Clean. Spacious room incl. mini-fridge and kettle. The host couple are great people :)

Mehmet is a lovely and welcoming host; the room is clean and very good value for money. It's always nice to have your own fridge. The place is pretty close to everything, has good wifi, a communal kitchen and in general a very nice atmosphere with all the art made from wood and the fruit growing outside. Would definitely recommend.

We used one shared bathroom and the shower was located in small place that was uncomfortable for me because i had to take the shower stooped over
