-there was no cleaning done in 5 days , the floor was not swept and after so many days you can see dirt on the floor . So you need to clean it by yourself .

-fast check in , the room was available even if we arrived earlier -parking possible on site -it is quiet during the night, our room was at the ground floor and was not hot during the night -you have to walk 15 min to the beach , with kids maybe 20 min -the room was clean and it was a normal furniture , not modern , but also not damaged

There was not too much space in the apartment, I didn't like the fact the kitchen was rather poorly equipped - but in the end we managed to prepare some quick meals for a group of four. The parking is also not too big and the cars lock each other, so to be able to move them to let somebody leave with his car, you have to leave the keys to the hosts - you'd prefer not to do that.

The apartment is very well located, it's close to the beach, shops, bakeries, restaurants, overall a great choice for a cheap price. The room is clean and air-conditioned, there is a big terrace for guests, the hosts are very friendly. It was a good experience, especially when you spend most of the time outside of your accommodation. Towels and bed sheets are provided.

A really good place to stay hosted by a lovely family. We stayed for 6 days and felt like home because the hosts were welcoming and caring. The location is close to everything- city center, big supermarket, the beach and restaurants which made it easy for us to move around with a baby. Definitely recommend it.

You get exactly what you pay for, very pleasent hosts, very clean rooms, everything you need from a place to stay when you are on a partying vacation with friends. I would highly recommend that you check this place out if going to Budva. I will definitely be coming back.

Superb apartment with big sun terrace in a quiet neighborhood. I had everything I needed. Stable Wifi. Nearby is a big supermarket. 10 min walk to the bus station and beach. The host is very welcoming. They even washed my clothes and brought me to the bus station. I can recommend it and would stay there again.

Location is wonderfull.We stayed one night but next time we are going to stay more than one night inşallah. Room is very clean and apartment is very fresh and have lots of balcony.There are many grapes and flower at first floor.

It wasn't clean, the towels weren't changed, they said there was space in the parking lot, but they organized the cars and it got very messy, they didn't take the garbage out of the bathroom, they didn't have the minimum bath products like soap, shampoo, etc.... They treat the guests as if they were family and not someone who is paying to stay there.

It was written that rooms are 35 m2 but it was 22 m2 that is why we even couldn’t open our baggages and in the small room 2 people can’t stand together. Air conditioner in the smallest room was making some tac tac tac noise that we couldn’t use it, and the door of restroom was broken that we couldn’t close it, dishes were also dirty. We were 4 people and our holiday was ruined by this accommodation((

I didn't like the way the son of the owner treated my fellow-traveller, he was very rude for no reason and acted out. Moreover, his brother who had been really nice with me when we chatted via Booking in the beginning, afterwards changed the status of our reservation on Booking by clicking on the option "these guests haven't stayed at my place". This is outrageous because we paid 530 euros by cash to his brother upon arrival and I hadn't been involved at all in the conflict his brother created. So finally lost my time to prove to Booking that I have stayed there, why should I do that? Alex who communicated with me via Booking said that he would be able to organize a parking place for us (I didn't insist, just asked how to do better). Then, on the second day of our sightseeing trip we came back by midnight and there was no parking space and we just left the car for 15 min to buy some fruits and return to the appartments. The brother of Alex started to scream at the top of his head by saying that we're not allowed to leave a car like that. Of course, we didn't want to leave it opposite the gate for the whole night, but he promised that there would be a place, so we wanted to discuss this. There was no problem to even pay for it, but instead of reaching an agreement, he said that we're not at Sheraton Hotel here (but these are your appartments, not ours, aren't you satisfied with them?) and he twisted a finger at a temple and said to my fellow traveller that she was crazy and stupid. Despite all the advantages, my vacation time was ruined

I liked the way the houskeepers do their work, they are friendly and helpful. Also, I had no problem with the owner (as I understood, he was the father in the family)

The room and the toilet are not clean and very smelly, the owner is not pleasant and his behavior is bad. Not separate parking spot and he wakes us every morning to park the car at other place. For 5 nights we get only one towels and also we shared the balcony with other guests. And for the end as cherry on the top of the cake, the electricity socket on the wall was taken out.

Everything was bad, not like the pictures No leaving room only two connected bedrooms so small bathroom not clean sheet and towels not clean always noise from neighbors You can hear even if they use the water Owner wasn’t friendly of helpful and he threatened to kick us out at 11 pm if we don’t give him the payment although it was only our second day there and we were very sick and didn’t have any cash he refused to wait and to be understanding to our situation I don’t recommend at all

We are not at all satisfied with the accommodation, the sheets were dirty and not changed, it was cold when we arrived and it only warmed up the next day, there are no chairs in the "apartment"... It was as if I was in the army and not in a private accommodation that is rented out and where it should be ensured that the guests are as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
