The name rooftop is misleading. There was no basic coffee and tea supplied, only the tools. The freezer wouldn't close because of ice build-up. The couch-bed in the second room was hard to open. Very dark corridors. Far from beach.

The room was recently renovated and clean. Good parking. Close to big grocery store and main streets.

Bathroom was far too small. Not suitable for a larger person to use and not accessible for anyone with mobility issues. There was also no bin in the apartment despite asking for one. Little far out of town but we are happy to walk.

Apartment was big and spacious. The balcony was huge and the sofa very comfortable. There were toiletries and washing detergent and a coffee machine for use.

There were a bit of hairs all over the sheets and in the blanket. Cleanness can be improved.

Milena, the host employer, was really nice and responsive. The apartment is brand new, seemed to have been launch in Summer 2023.

It was very clean, the location was really nice close to everywhere especially main tourist places. Ana - the girl from hotel was really helpful and friendly.

The reception personnel was ok, but we had a problem with a garnish which broke in one room and the repairman didn't arrive to fix it. The window was next to the sofa where my daughters slept, so it was quite impossible to sleep in the morning. Also we remarked a lot of dirt in the entrance hall of the building. No one cleaned it during the whole week. The kitchen wasn't also equipped accordingly, there were a bit too few plates and cooking pots, no microwave. I think it would be better if they'd improve this too. Coffee pods were also an issue, though we were glad to solve this by buying some. The internet connection was also poor.

The location was ok, even though a bit far from the beach, it was easy to get there and had a lot of markets and bakeries nearby. Cleaning was also ok.

WiFi was not always working. Same goes for the TV channels. First apartment we received was very small, with no kitchen, no terace and view of the cemetery. However they were kind to change it for us the next day for a spacious one.

New apartment, newly furnished, very clean, parking available, garage with elevator to the apartments. Staff was nice and accommodating. Location is good, you can reach the centar walking. There are a lot of bakeries, super markets and restorants close by.

The building although seemed new built it was neglected , stains all over in corridors and a carpet seems unclean for ages . The room was small , the amenities poor, we didn’t even have toilet paper!! Only one small pilar for each one. Only one glass for wine ! there were stains on the walls probably from shoes . Outside in the Veranda was a huge external a/c for our and probably the next room so it was never shut off and made a lot of noise. It was Not what we saw at the pictures at booking.com. Thank god we stayed for one night. Actual price should not exceed 60 euros .

There was no soap in the room, not enough hygiene products for our days of stay. And there were no pots for cooking, but the plus is that there are glasses and plates. Very small terrace, it is more like a balcony.

Clean and lovely view. I just hope that the owner reads this because they should know that they have some dedicated and amazing workers. The girl at the front desk was so helpful and accomodating and it was so good to know that we were taken care of. Give that girl a raise ! 10/10

1.Building entrance is very bad. Road is damaged and is in bad shape 2. There were broken glasses in the park entrance. We had to clean them with our shoes not to damage the tires of our car 3. There were strange cables in the entrance of the park. Doesn't look good and worries you for possible electric shock 4.there were no toilet papers in the room 5. The wardrobe was filled with other visitors dresses. Very bad experience!

Our stay at the apartment in Budva was absolutely wonderful! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised when the owner upgraded us to a larger room with a balcony, even though we had originally booked the smallest one without a balcony. The apartment was new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished, with a stunning view from the balcony. The bathroom was stocked with basic toiletries that smelled amazing, and we also had access to TV and fast internet. We were especially impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of the owner. When we requested cleaning, she reached out to us first to ask when it would be convenient, which we really appreciated. She also helped us take care of the tourist tax, which was a big plus! The underground parking was a great convenience, making it easy and safe to park our car. Right outside the building, there was a large supermarket and an excellent grill restaurant – everything we needed was right there. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Wi-fi was not available at least for the night we stayed, the host tried to assist us, but without success. However, everything else was perfect, I am sure they will fix it.

Apartments are located close to the beach and the old city center, nice and calm location. Very nice hospitable owner, clean room with the view at sea. Nice private parking. Some really good traditional restourants with good prices.

4 days we stayed in hotel 2 days we didn’t have hot water and on vacation they don’t have staff to clean their room.
