The drains in the apartment often smelled bad. The air con wasn’t brilliant and there were loose wires sticking out of the plug sockets in the bedroom. The kitchen area could have done with a toaster and extra utensils.

Good value for money, we didn’t use the pool but it always looked very clean. Bartender Matija was very friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensure we had everything we needed. The taxi service provided was very reasonably priced, and available most times.

Location bit on the outside so no local shops or restaurants within easy walking distance but if ypu do like a walk there's a mini market 10 min walk away and bigger supermarket 15 min walk. Town walkable in about 30 min . English is not that widely understood but you get by

Very nice apartment with everything you need for a self catering stay. Staff were very friendly and offered a taxi service when you needed to go anywhere. Cheaper than local taxi. Pool area clean and quiet, poolbar good selection of drinks. Shout out to the 2 sons of the hotel Matij and Alez who were doing everything to make my stay fabulous.

We had a great stay at this property and left with only positive impressions. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, away from traffic noise, which was very important to us. A big plus is the spacious parking lot, which is rare in this region. What mattered most to us was that the place is pet-friendly — perfect for guests traveling with their furry friends. The property also has a swimming pool and a small café where you can enjoy a drink and relax after a day at the beach. The owners are extremely kind and hospitable, always ready to help. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay!

Everything was good!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment! It’s situated in a calm, quiet area away from the seaside hustle, which made it ideal for relaxing. Yet the beach is just a 5-minute drive away, so it's easy to enjoy both peace and proximity. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was a great bonus — perfect for a refreshing swim at any time. The hosts were extremely nice and flexible, which made check-in and communication smooth. There's also convenient parking right on the property. Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos to share, but you can trust the ones in the listing — the apartment looked exactly as advertised. All in all, a great stay — we’d happily come back!

Prelepo mesto za odmor. Malo udaljenjje od plaže ali ima bazen sa toplom vodom. Čitav hotel okružen zelenilom. Hrast preko 300 godina star. Čist i sveziji vazduh za mirno spavanje. Terasa na krovu jedne od zgrade prelepa sa pogledom na more i tvrdjavu Haj Nehaj. Ljubazno osoblje. I pored svega prelep kafić sa pristojnim cenama. Sve preporuke za izbor ovog hotela za odmor. Dolazimo ponovo sigurno.

Fantastic and welcoming environment with an amazing staff. The newly furnished apartments are top-notch, and the property offers everything you could need: a charming bar, a rooftop bar with stunning views, a pristine pool, comfortable sun beds, ample parking, a convenience store, and an EV charger. Za ovaj novac i vise nego dobro. Ono sto ne valja je guzva po CG i voznja do bara, koja traje 90 min. Zbog toga se necemo nikad vise vratiti, ali to nije nadleznost vlasnika apartmana

Predivno mesto za odmor. Nema buke, temperatura za par stepeni niza od one pored mora. Bazen sa toplom vodom. Plaza uz bazen, kafić sa ekstra ponudom, mini market i terasa na vidikovcu to prave pravi užitak. Ljubazno osoblje. Gazda na usluzi non stop. Lep odmor .Za novac koji dajemo dobijamo mnogo više. Vraćamo se i iduce godine na ovom mestu.

The accommodation was great and so was our stay in Montenegro. The room was great, with a great view of a medieval fortress. Everything in the room was new and the hygiene was at an extremely high level. The host is a very nice guy who gave me and my wife tips on where to go and what to see. The pool was welcomed in the morning with morning coffee, and we used it once at 2 in the morning after a drunken bar :) There are many beaches in the area, we found a beautiful beach in Sutomore which is reached through a tunnel where the water is crystal clear, Petrovec and Buljarica are ten minutes away driving, Sfeti Stefan at twenty and Budva at about half an hour. It is recommended to be with a vehicle, but this applies to almost all the nicer accommodations in Montenegro. All in all, a great stay and the highest rating for the accommodation and the host!!! Сместувањето беше одлично а исто така и нашиот престој во Црна Гора. Собата беше супер, со одличен поглед на средновековна тврдина. Се во собата беше ново и хигиената беше на исклучително високо ниво. Домаќинот е многу пријатен човек кој на мене и на мојата сопруга ни даде совети каде да одиме и што вреди да се види. Базенот сабајлечки беше добредојден со утринско кафе, а еднашка го употребивме во 2 по полноќ после пијана кафана :) Плажи во околината има многу, најдовме преубава плажа во Сутоморе до која се стига низ тунел каде водата е кристална, Петровец и Буљарица се на десетина минути возење, Сфети Стефан на дваесет а Будва на отприлика половина час. Препорачливо е да бидете со возило, но тоа важи скоро за сите поубави сместувања во Црна Гора. Се на се одличен престој и највисока оценка за смештајот и за домаќинот!!!

All was good but we missed free space. Balcony is relatively small. It can be seen on photos but we thought it will be bigger. Kitchen could be better equipped, new cutting board, wine opener, washing liquid maybe.

Swimming pool was heated so we could enjoy it with our son. The building itself is new. Bar next to swimming pool for those wishing to drink something. Staff very helpful, they even played with our son lol . Rooms very clean thanks to lady working there.
