Excellent hotel, close to shops and beaches but at the same time in a quiet cul-de-sac. The staff is really helpful, we will definitely stay again

From the main road, there's neither a sign nor an address number. It was hard to find the hotel.

This property is newly opened. The apartments are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. Our main issue was sewer odor in the bathrooms. The housekeeper was kind enough to provide a scented spray. However, the surrounding area isn't the nicest, which might just be the majority of Budva. The city of Budva is dirty and under a lot of construction. The roads leading to Budva are under construction. We traveled 10 miles over 1.5 hours. Overall, my family won't be returning to Budva. For the money we spent on the hotel and food, we could have visited a number of locations that have a lot more to offer.

Location is very good, even the street at main entrance was too narrow. There is a free parking, entering directly from second floor. Apartment was very spacious, equiped very well and quite far enough from bars and restaurants. Staff were very kind, always at your disposal.

It's dark inside. With enterior where dark colours are very dominant you have lack of lights, you can feel bit a uncomfortable. It's dark also outside, they have to install several lights at main entrance stairs but also at parking as well. Breakfast was solid just they have to take care about cleanliness. Cups/glasses to secure they are dry before using otherwise you can't make difference between clean and dirty ones. Empty plates to put at the top of the table because they were almost at the floor.

The apartment was really beautiful with gorgeous furniture and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was also quite good with enough options to choose from. The location is great.

Two points that can be improved: 1. Parking is located on the high floor without a fence - watch your children 2. Bad smell in the bathroom because of open drain

Staff are amazing

This apartment was top class. A walk to everywhere we needed to go. The staff were very obliging and the apartment was so spacious and luxurious. The balcony is a huge bonus. We would definitely go back.

If I’m honest the breakfast did not match the standard of everything else in the hotel. One day the coffee machine didn’t work and there was no back up and the choice of foods was limited. However this hotel has only been open 6 weeks and I’m sure this is just a teething problem. It did not detract from our experience at all and everything else was a solid 10 !!

The location is excellent, very close to the beach and the old city and the city center. . The staff is very kind, helpful and answers any questions. The breakfast is fresh every day and provides the needs

Хотелот е отворен прерано, не е досреден во целост. Појадокот премногу скромен и ист секој ден. Во 8 дена ниту еднаш не го исчистија апартманот. Кујната скоро празна. Нема корпа за ѓубре во кујна. Нема сунѓер ни средство за садови во кујната, неможевме да ги измиеме, освен со вода, а ниту од хотелот некој ги изми. Понекогаш нема кесиња за ѓубре во тоалетите. Најлошо е во тоалетите, водата во туш кабините стои поради обратен пад, не оди во сифоните туку на другата страна. Од сифоните иде страшно лоша миризба од канализацијата. Не се добро направени.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is great, close to everything, which made it easy to get around. Our room was big, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Huge rooms ,very clean ,friendly helpfully staff . 10min walk to the old town. Everything there if you wanted to cook a meal .
