Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the owner was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. A big highlight is the Georgian restaurant located downstairs – the food there is absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying. I highly recommend this place!

Nice apartment along the main road. Beautiful terrace with great view, Parking available and restaurants are near by.

In general little outdated interior, very small room size. A lot of stairs to climb (beware if you have heavy suitcase ) One thing we did not like is the unleashed dogs in the ground floor of the property, my kids were always scared to go down alone

Host was unfriendly, rude and sarcastic. Hosts husband is also very unpleasant and nonprofessional. (He hosted us without a shirt on - I understand it's hot outside but he could have put a shirt on for few minutes) Booking agency and host give different information and there's a huge possibility of misunderstanding. When talked about these to the host, she answered in impolite way and I told her I was told by the person on booking ... She interrupted and said she doesn't know any of that... Booking agency told us we should pay to host city tax while the host insisted we do it ourselves while being rude and asking where did I got the other info. Room was paid extra because of the sea view - there was little glimpse of sea view = nothing like photos. Bed says large double bed while it's some old squeaky couch. I specifically asked for a parking spot while booking, they told us to park across the street (carry all the stuff across the busy street?!) Nothing looks like on photos they posted, booking agency doesn't answer frequently and when both (booking agency and host) contacted to make a complaint, agency didn't reply - host was rude and sarcastic saying we're staying one night. We fully paid one night like someone pays for more, if unhappy for booking only one night then they shouldn't have this option. Very rude and unprofessional! All of the stuff are old, bed uncomfortable, fridge was in a closet and sounded like a combat jet, as well as the AC. All the info we were given were late, incomplete, I've also read somewhere that guests get a discount in the restaurant below which wasn't true - we didn't get any. None of this would been a problem if the host was polite.

Wonderful stay. Amazing views and wonderful atmosphere.

Range of options at served breakfast and generous amounts. Simply furnished room was adequate for the one-night stay. Easy to find location off the coast road just outside Petrovac with plenty of parking space. Restaurant serves Georgian meals. Friendly host.

Bathroom facilities rather congested.

Cleaning, kitchen, dark room, mosquito net is a must. Otherwise there will be no fresh air inside the room.

The only issue that I had is a lots of ants walking all around room specially at kitchen, I had plenty of ants bites that irritated my skin and they are painful and itchy later I found them in side bed as well . Location of accommodation is very close to Buljarice beach if you want to visit other places you definitely need a car . Room was clean all was well but only issue that I had are those annoying ants

Suggestion for owner maybe to spray it all accommodation with something that will keep ants away .

Very clean, very nice atmosphere, the restaurant is 💯 top !!! The best restaurant and the chef and the girls are working there amazing they loved my baby boy they were so sweet! they are like a family and they treat us same !

Location.

A place for undemanding people. After reaching the facility, there was no one there to let us check in, we had to ask other guests where to find the owner. The room is tiny and you can hear other guests. When we asked for toilet paper, we had to wait for it, it was not available immediately, there was only one roll in the bathroom.

Great location, my room had an amazing view, I only planned for one night but i extended the the stay for second night. The staff, the hostess Jelena and her husband were very accommodating and helpful. Thanks again guys.
